I really see your viewpoint, but, I think that there has been enough of the Government taking over. Passport in America, or a National I.D., both serve the same purpose, but passports are designed for Foreign travel, recognized by that Country's law's. God Bless America !!

My drivers license will be costing me $185.00 when I renew. But someone expects me to assist in paying for someone Else's ID ??? That may only cost 10-20 bucks Bull&^^t !!
IN ADDITION: Before the Nazi's began asking for papers, they made sure they had banned all guns. Check your time lines......you will be assimmulated...or sent to death camps yer choice.

Nazi guards used to always ask cowering "citizens" that in movies about the Third Reich. And America wants to go down that path. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A FREE COUNTRY. You should not have to have documents on you to justify your existence to The Authorities. My God, this is what they always taught us was bad about Communism. Why would you ever want to do that here?????????
