Oh yeah, like the presidents of Mexico have ever done a good job for Mexico? Ha!

No, and it can't happen because it is not allowed in the USA for a person born elsewhere to ever be the president - thank goodness! I hope this NEVER changes.

they cant even run their own country why would they be able to fun ours. if mexicos government is so wonderful then why are mexicans coming over here at all? mexicos governments is one of the most corrupt on the planet. it is run my drug cartels and the mafia. yea that is what we need. and no immigrant that was not born here should ever become president no matter how much they love the country. even the governater has said that. "i am not worried whether or not i would be a good president, i love america. but i cannot say that the next immigrant would be a good president or that he would actually love america." preach on Arnie.

Mexicans can't even run Mexico. Anyone who honestly believes that this country should have Mexican citizen as it's president should move to Mexico and take all of the Mexicans with them. Sadly, that is how many liberals think and that kind of thinking is ruining this country.

No.

But I think that dual citizenship is an inherent conflict of interest in anyone, not just the President.

If the CEO of a corporation was president or significant shareholder of two unrelated companies that did business with eachother, I ASSURE you that would be a conflict of interest and require strict disclosure and special rules under corporate securities law.

And to the people above me, they are talking about dual citizenship. Mexico changed its law to allow that. If your parents are Mexican and you gain citizenship here from birth, you can be a citizen of both.

How about having a Panamian as President?

John McCain was born in Panamian hospital (to US Citizens) that was outside the area controlled by the US Military (it was added later).

Under Panamian law, John McCain is a Panamian citizen. There is no record of his denying or rejecting his dual citizenship.

Maybe that explains his pro-amnesty for his fellow countrymen (and others).

I don't think the law should change for anyone. What makes a Mexican candidate better than any US citizen?

Right after we annex Mexico. Might as well we pay their bills now. Maybe he will get rid of the ACLU, have you noticed the civil rights laws in Mexico?
