I know you must audition and pay for a license in order to busk in the TTC subways, but I'd like to know if I can just set up on a street and busk, or if I would need some sort of license.

you came in, masssacred the indians, and stole their land. Now you have the audacity to complain. At least the Mexicans aren't taking land which YOU stole.

(and respond as you wish. A 12-year old girl who is my younger sisters' friend was discussing this very issue in class the other day. We were talking about it today. In a way, she is right.)

Like, if somebody dies in it or something, do they clean it out very well before they send it to the junkyard? It's a strange question I know, but somebody on the Craigslist said that you can actually see stains etc if you go to the junkyard.

How Bush keeps spending $800 Billion Dollars on Nuecular Development to bomb an area, then spend another $100 Billion Dollars to rebuild it?!?! Why not save the $900 Billion Dollars and spend it for the good of humanity! Chidren are starving every hour and leaving our good Earth! Why must we drop bombs to create Peace! Spread "Democracy" to others cultures, (possible) yet we shouldn't force other areas to become like us! That's what is so unique about our world, we can learn from one another.

As a liberal I am completely against the war because of Bush's lies about the causes of why we should have invaded the war. Bush has totally failed miserably, there is no doubt about that. He is in a totall mess that he cannot get himself out. If we leave, thousands of Iraqis will die. In conclusion that will completely reflect the failures of the Democrats.

Instead of that, shouldn't the Democrats take the lead and use proper strategic plans and show Bush and his lover fans neo-cons and repubs that Liberals can clean Bush's mess up and DO IT TEN TIMES BETTER?

If you haven't seen the movie, I highly recommend it.

All the talk about the "promote the general welfare" in the preamble to the Constitution being a blank check for the expansion of the social welfare state, even though it is by no means a law, just a description of the intent of the document, makes my brain hurt. The laws themselves are in the body, not the intro. There is no constitutional basis for any social service. It took an amendment just to ban booze, something simple, but all these tax theft neo-communist (neo-com) social programs are forced upon us with no legal backing. Public schools, public healthcare, welfare, social securtiy, the DEA, ATF, FDA, IRS, even the CIA and FBI have no right to exist under our Founding Documents, but the neo-coms want to not only expand all of them, but create new ones as well to make us wards of the state, no better than a filthy European! Not really a question, more of a rant. Opinions?

I just feel like I should be there serving my country in iraq. but before I sign on as one of these I'd like peoples opinions on these jobs and any input would be helpful.

I tire of ads on tv where charities ask for donations for people abroad. Surely we should make sure our elderly, infirm and homeless are looked after here first before giving money to other countries. Why does it become the UK's problem if the richer part of a foreign country doesn't look after the poorer part.
