As (only) two other answerers already pointed out, you are reading your chart wrong. If 10 means highly clean, then all these liberal countries have _less_ corruption than your precious United States. This should also be a well known fact that all this kind of studies unanimously have pointed this out during recent years...

Man you are seriously dumb. A high score means no corruption on your chart. See all those liberal european countries ranked ahead of the US? That means they are less corrupt, not more.

The Netherlands is probably the most liberal place in the world, and by your own data, they are less corrupt than the US.
