Bush is fighting Congress because he believes in the unitary executive theory. He is certainly protecting those prerogatives, and thinks he is strengthening the presidency by defying Congress. All along its been Bush's aim to provide legal justification for the President's taking increasingly aggressive control of the executive branch,
Having an executive branch that has on accountability to the Constitution or the rule of law is in effect pointing the way towards a dictatorship. The never expected to lose the control of Congress. It will be Bush's undoing.

Say what you like, she doesn't take cr*p from anyone.
She has Bill to advise her, and she is probably more ambitious than he ever was. (If that is possible)
And, after being humiliated by Bill, she stuck by him, (maybe only for the sake of politics, who knows?) and now she is probably determined to prove that she is a better 'man' than him.
I think Hillary will restore the US's standing in the world.
Go, Hillary, the world needs you!
Opinions?

Anne is sometimes over the top and is abrasive- I don't mind her in regards to Libs- Liberals do not engage in dialog- She does not cast her pearls before liberals, who like ignorant brutes only to muddy and mire down discussion with abuse and attacks. My Question: Is Coulter counterproductive or useful representing the CON philosophy to the fence sitters and independents. I don't know the answer. (Libs: Yes, yes, she's a man- such brilliant polemicists you are).

1) They say they invaded Iraq because Saddam kicked out the WMD inspectors,

But then,

2) The UN ITSELF condemned the invasion of Iraq

So if the authority that represents inspectors (not to mention the UN as the representative of the world community) condemned the invasion, then how could the US justification have validity??
