If they make threats then you can file a criminal complaint. Otherwise pay $10.00 per month to each provider and there is nothing they can do to you. Also tell them you will only pay the same as medicare/ Medicaid.

I would strongly advise getting an attorney to start a lawsuit against the other driver.

Ask the attorney as to whether your state has mandatory uninsured or underinsured motorist coverage. If so, you may be in luck. If not, you may still be able to find the other driver liable and potentially get money through that person.

Remember, attorneys will almost assuredly not charge you money for bringing this type of claim, their compensation comes from any amount that they recover for you.

Good luck.

What makes you think you are entitled to free medical care. Pay them. They will get it one way or the other.

Do you know how many singles mothers out here hold down a full time job? Mothers with babys, adolescents, teenagers? Mothers who have 3 or 4 kids? Somehow they manage to work and take care of their kids.

Get off your butt, get a job and pay your bills. If they sue you for the money, you will lose.....Why not call them and make arrangements to start making regular monthly payments.

Get out your phone book and look in the yellow pages for a lawyer. Most will waive the first inquiry. That should give you a start. If you were at fault, then you're probably going to have to pay. You might want to see about getting a loan. Sorry.
