If so, you must fallow the lawful orders of your commander in chief. See your copy of the UCMJ, Universal Code of Military Justice.

well you/me/we are a representation of the goverment which just comes being in the armed forces. take a magnifying glass and some lemon juice to your contract you find it there somewhere.
