Then where are all the laws listed? I don't always hear about the changes in laws, and I wouldn't even know what is illegal sometimes, or the penalties.I wouldn't know where to look.

Professor Yusef bin Golbez, my prof at the Liberal Institute of Education, says Bush is the biggest terrorist of all and his followers are traitors. Why can't we have him arrested for war crimes?

i have been having a lot of domestic problems with my husband. we are waiting for our house to sell, then we are going to get a divorce. for the time being, we still live together. i went and talk to his first shirt about it a couple of months ago. i poured my heart out to him. well, in the long run the first shirt did absolutely nothing. my husband desperatley needs help. he's very mentally/verbally abusive to me (and one time physically abusive). he is now telling our toddlers to shut up all the time and he spanks them..hard. this weekend he kicked me out of our house, took my keys and my debit card and left me with nothing but the clothes on my back. he let me come back on sunday though. this is a taste of what i go through all the time. before i ever let him see our little ones after our divorce he needs to seek professional health. can i talk to his commander about this, since his 1st shirt did nothing to help?

My best friends husband was sentenced to an 18 month sentence, 9 months in our local County Jail, 9 months suspended. We are in New Mexico. She and I have searched most of the day for info on whether or not he has to do the full 9 months in County, OR if he qualifies for the "good time" credits.

He is a non-violent offender, and is participating in the work release program, and has had no problems so far.

Can anyone help me with finding out if the sentence is the full 9 months, or if "good time" applies? Thanks in advance!

In regards to the approval of both The House and the Senate Judiciary Committee in issuing subpoenas, and the Bush administration refusing to let Bush aides testify under oath, Snow said this :

"We're not trying to hide things. We're not trying to run from things," he said. "We want them to know what happened."

Can you believe this duplicitous bastard ?

So, as a resident of Iowa, I am watching other states bump up their primary dates one by one. Pretty soon, if this keeps up, Primaries for 2012 will be 2 weeks after 2008 elections. Why don't we have a lottery to determine when states get to have their primaries? That way every state has a chance at having the politicians stomp there as well as get the campaign money?

Clinton fired the same people in the same type of political appointments and yet noone cared. Why is it that people are so outraged when Bush does it? It is the exact same situation. Some of the attorneys themselves have gone on interviews saying they had every right to be fired they just didn't like how it was handled by the administration in the media. Don't a lot of people that get fired say they don't like how it was handled? If you didn't get mad or care when Clinton fired attorneys because he didnt like how they were doing their job then how in the world can you get mad when Bush does it? Doesn't this just prove it is nothing more then political posturing?

Some people speak without knowing the facts. It is disturbing to say the least. Yes, Edwards is continuing the race at the request of his wife. She is a true American, unselfish and brave in the face of adversity.

Do advocates know that by doing so would be a direct affront to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 9th commandments?

In placing the commandments one acknowledges the supreme law of God over any other - by placing them in a courtroom of MAN is a slap in the face of God.

The Court of Man is false idolatry of law other than God's.

How can advocates of placement of the Commandments in the courts possibly call themselves advocates of God's law when admittance of other is an affront to God and the very Commandments?

The illegal immigrants are the ones building back all of the houses that were destroyed by Katrina. Illegal immigrants are the ones who went to clean out all the nasty houses in New orleans and other areas nobody else wanted to clean because they smelled so bad. illegal immigrants are the ones that make sure they work hard and fast to get it done on time, but also efficiently. My Dad had white people working on his house. They have still not finished it and it has been more than a year since katrina! Also , the work that they have done has been poorly done. My husband whom is Mexican and his friends have done plenty of houses already! And they look great! Anyway- what I am saying is that you anti- illegals need to open your eyes and start appreciating!
