Your professor? Because being a liar and liberal propagandist is something we've come to expect from educators, and because he hasn't had any true involvement in the war.
Bush? Because he isn't a terrorist, his supporters (conservatives are leaders, not followers) are neither terrorists not traitors, and your professor doesn't have enough critical thinking skills to find his way out of a wet paper bag.
How much are you paying this school? There are plenty of idiots willing to tell you such lies for free.

Because legally, no he isn't. Your Prof. isn't the one who makes the laws. Do I love the president, No. Do I think that the war is wrong, no. Is he the best to handle it, No. But please, its so fashionable to be super left wind and claim that Bush is the most evil person of all. For the love of God, if anyone fully believes that, then they are blind and too easily influenced. What about the genocide in Rwanda, the murder of 9 to 11 million in the Holocaust, the slaughter of all of the Scott's by the English, the genocide in Darfur or how the Khmer Rouge communist regime slaughtered 1.5 to 3 million out of a population of around 7 million in Cambodia or Kim Jong-il, who keeps his country in poverty and runs "reeducation camps".
If anyone thinks that Bush is worse than these people, they are ignorant to the past and are desperate to just make a statement. Even if it isn't accurate.
Just to reiterate: I'm not very fond of Bush myself.

I believe that your prof. shared an informed (and unpopular) piece of information. Yes, bush should be impeached, tried, convicted and ....______ ; for his 'lies' about WMD and his arrogance. It is pure arrogance to invade a sovereign country because their dictator is "not a nice guy" !!!! ...and 'tried to kill my dad' !!!
And we americans are in a 'double bind' ..we are dam ed if we do and dam ed if we don't. We want to support the best and brightest who are in harm's way; and a bunch of us loathe the war. The lads in that god forsaken land are under siege and traumatized and cannot separate out that: yes, we are FOR you and yes ..we are against the oligarchy that placed you over there. The traitors of the best and brightest who don't have the cajones to either get the job done or 'cut their losses' and get you guys home.
And don't get me wrong: I don't know that we can 'get ur dun'..it is such a tangled mess; and it does make it another tragedy and national defeat (like viet nam)...
Finally, to paraphrase C.S. Lewis. "the most dangerous tyrant is the tyrant who sincerely (or not) believes he is doing what he's doing for your own good; because he never has to question his motives and he gets to sleep well at night".

I think the name of your school answers that question.
No, he's not a terrorist. He's trying to get rid of them. People like your professor are simply siding with the terrorists who want to continue dominating other humans and forcing people to follow their beliefs. Your professor, by trying to force this belief down your class' throat, is sort of a terrorist.
By the way, when you ask "Why can't we have him arrested for war crimes?", are you referring to Bush or your prof? Your grammar is unclear.

As a form of unconventional warfare, terrorism is sometimes used when attempting to force political change by: convincing a government or population to agree to demands to avoid future harm or fear of harm, destabilization of an existing government, motivating a disgruntled population to join an uprising, escalating a conflict in the hopes of disrupting the status quo, expressing the severity of a grievance, or drawing attention to a neglected cause.

Check your source. Then try thinking for yourself. They at least pretended to teach you how to write a research paper, right? The biggest American terrorist at present would have to be Al Gore.
Start by defining the term "terrorist":
