Do you mean that no one would die or be hurt? In that case, it would be fun. They call that "playing a video game" or "paintball".

Yes! Just look at any popular war video game such as Battlefield 1942. TONS of fun and no deaths! and of course, in real life, the graphics would be even better...because they're real.
Though, I think wars should be fought on a smaller scale: Chess! It actually involves intellect, logic, and patience (the things necessary to inhibit going into any silly war). Either the generals should play each other, the Presidents, or random soldiers.
Besides, it would make chess more popular and hopefully increase reason and logic in this country, since we would be playing a lot of chess (Invasions/aggressions are hobbies for us now!).

To the first person, killing someone in war is not murder if you are following the rules.
I don't know if they would describe it as "fun" but I have hear people say its a rush and they certainly enjoy it.

Our president thinks war is fun so long as he doesn't have to fight.
So, would it be fun if you could lose your limbs, but still remain alive? Or would it only be fun if you couldn't get hurt? Would it be fun to blow stuff up and smash property without actually hurting anyone?
That's why we have video games. Real war is mostly about inflicting pain, suffering, and death. We have killed over 60,000 Iraqis so far.

What is fun about murdering people? Ultimately that's the end result. Death. It's not a game. I suppose that's why people play war games though. That's why they were created. I think it would be fun if there was no war, or worry of such a thing.

That has got to be fun. Also, there shouldn't be any guns, swords would do just fine, otherwise, it would be boring. Guns make it end fastand can be used by a weak man to kill a strong one. a sword user will win because of his skill.

I suppose so, if you happen to be a psychopath. For the rest of us, the blood, screaming, mutilation and just about any other horror you can imagine does not qualify as "fun".
