Considering that democracy is mob rule and "constitutional liberalism" doesn't mean today what it did 200 years ago, you'll probably get six of one and a half dozen of the other. Flip a coin, or do the sane thing and leave other countries alone.

As long as there are no threats or wars involved. Most of the world is capable of deciding for themselves what kind of government is best for them.
