my bf is 17 and i really want to know what is going to happen when he goes to court. he wasnt driving the car, but he was in it, and he was also the oldest in the car. The car was returned. They have released the younger two boys but soon after they were released, they came and got him. he didnt go the same place they did, he went to JAIL! no Juvie! but what do you think will happen? we live in Georgia, so whats the Ga Law on that? whats the worst that could happen? P.s he will be 18 in 2 months, does that change anything?

would like to know how to file a motion to collect some money owed to me ...It is a significant amount of money therefore small claims is not going to cut it. So if some one has sued in the CA courts to collect please enlighten me how to do so. I couldn't find an attorney that will handle my case so I am going to do it my self.

My hotel room was broken into, my case slashed and stuff stolen. Police are involved, it points to an inside job but without any proof. The window of the 2nd floor room was closed when I returned to discover this but it was opened by staff afterwards when I was moved to another room. Police seem to believe it was indeed open and they say someone popped in and I just did not notice because I was too shocked. I have returned to my home country but cannot get any information now on this crime even though I have a reference number. They will not answer my questions or return my calls. This thief will just carry on. It seems they just want the easy way out.

Space exploration
20% tax rate
Working for a living, not living off others
Limiting law suits against doctors and hospitals to $100,000
Legalizing drugs
Legalizing prostitition
Increasing penalties for driving under the influence.
Pro-life
Lowering age of consent to 15
Providing free birth control to men and women
Privatizing social security
Legalizing gay marriage
Making car insurance voluntary and having it cover your car and not the other persons
The right to bear arms
Land rights and land ownership
Removing Medicare and Medicade completely
Increasing foodstamps and easing requirements
Making States laws supercede Federal laws with 60% vote or constitutional ammendments as long as it doesn't threaten or harm the federal government.

Why aren't there stiffer penalties for DUI? My friend got hit by a drunk driver who had his license suspended because of two previous DUI's . Why wasn't he locked up after the second DUI? Drunk Drivers are a threat to society. I say lock'em up after their first offense...don't wait until someone gets killed!

My friend has to leave America in 2 years to go the the military. He told me that his parents paid around $100,000 for him and another $100,000 for his brother to leave Singapore and if they do not return to go the military the government will keep it, but when they fulfill their time in the army they get that money back.
His parents want him to go to the military so they can get that money back, but I want him to stay. I was wondering if someone could tell me the exact figure of this collateral is, because I want to raise enough money so he can stay in America and not leave.
