Hopefully more than the big nothing that happens to car theives in Washington State!

Car theft is a FELONY even if the car was returned. And if you are IN a car that is stolen, you are as guilty as the guy who drove it!

Car theft is not taken seriously in my state. Hopefully it is taken more seriously in GA, and that your boyfriend is convicted of his participation in a FELONY act. He should get 90 days of community service at the minimum with a weekend in jail for good measure.

Sorry, no sympathy here. I had a car stolen and messed up by the punks!

Sorry but he is screwed if he went to jail. It will be in his records unless he gets it anulled in ten years or by petition. Anyway, if his case goes on for 8 months then hell be classified as an adult. Unless he pleas. Chances are theyll slap him on the hand.
Notty notty!
