No of course not. He hasn't done anything wrong yet. However BIll Clinton did get impeached by Congress for lying under oath in court but the Senate couldn't get enough votes together to impeach him otherwise Clinton 100% for sure would have been impeached since he was impeached by one house, if just the Senate would have voted yes (some did but not enough).

Thank God Bush has the guts to go into Iraq and I hope he goes into Iran also.

We Americans can't be hypocrites. We can't say on one hand that our way of living is better and Democracy is better and should be spread across the world..yet in the same breath we are afraid to further it by military action, political actions, and grass roots movements.

The communists use all methods to do it...
The socialists use all methods to spread theirs also..
Let us do the same with Democracy

To impeach an elected or appointed public servant, that is in fact impeachable, this person must be accused of a "High Crime or Misdemeanor." President Bush has not committed a crime. Impeach does not mean to remove from office, by definition impeach means to accuse and prosecute. The simple answer is we can't impeach Mr.Bush.

We can't. Despite the fact that he's publicly admitted to numerous violations of federal law.

Only Congress (specifically the House of Representatives) can file Impeachment (equivalent to an indictment, then he goes to trial). And Congress seems unwilling to hold him accountable, even for the violations of federal law that he's admitted and which the Supreme Court has confirmed (such as 18 USC 2411).

you cannot impeach him, but if you really don't like what him or his party does, then don't vote on him/them next time..

Though the grounds are definitely there (illegal wiretapping, a disastrous and avoidable war, secret trials, acting as an apologist for torture, suspension of Habeas corpus), we can't. Too few people care. Pathetic but true. And it's a bit late at this point anyway. The time to act would have been at least two or three years ago.
