The election is over. There is no longer a reason to charge him with something that was legal at the time he allegedly did it. The prosecutor quietly drop the charges.

Any politician who commits a criminal offense is a offender ... undeniable and straightforward ... and could be despatched to reformatory. it is not significant what area of the aisle they sit down on. to blame is to blame.
