One of the suggestions for reducing sectarian strife in Iraq is distributing oil revenues to Shiites, Sunnis, and Kurds-- giving each a stake in the industry and a reason to support the government that keeps it flowing. It makes practical sense. But think: collective ownership of industry? Isn't that the essence of socialism?

And if socialism is a good idea for Iraq, why not here? Should the American people be given the huge profits of the oil industry? Sure would help with these steep gas prices!

Ok, this might be a new theory, and it might seem a little strange at first but please hear me out.
1. We know that Bush is the ultimate evil.
2. We know that evil never dies.
3. Therefore, Bush is immortal and was alive during the 1830's with hitler.
4. Bush is a rethuglikkkan.
5. Rethuglikkkans molest little boys (we know this from the Foley scandal when he molested all the boys in that catholic school in flordia.)
6. Hitler was once a little boy and a catholic til he was 12.
7. The hitler became evil and made the nazis.
You see its perfect logic. We also know that hitler wasn't full evil, that he tried to resist bushs influence because he also killed the jews. So my question is did bush molest hitler?

Ankara- Turkish internet users have been blocked from accessing the popular video site YouTube following a row in the past week over a number of anti-Turkish videos posted on the site. Access to the site was blocked Wednesday morning following an injunction issued by an Istanbul criminal court on Tuesday, the Anadolu news agency reported. Turkish newspapers in the past week have highlighted that a number of anti-Turkish videos, mainly posted by Greek nationals, had been placed on the site in the past few weeks. Some of the offending videos included insults to the founder of the modern Turkish republic, Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. Another showed Greek soldiers singing songs about how they would kill Turks, the English-language newspaper Today's Zaman reported. Milliyet newspaper claimed on Wednesday that a campaign it had launched led to YouTube being bombarded with 220,000 e-mails calling for the videos to be removed from the site. YouTube took down the offending videos but the Istanbul court on Tuesday ordered that Turk Telekom restrict access to the site. On Tuesday evening Turk Telekom that it would comply with whatever order it received. As of Wednesday morning anyone attempting to reach the YouTube site from Turkey was greeted with a simple message that said "access to www.youtube.com site has been suspended."It was not clear how long the site will remain blocked by Turk Telekom's servers.

20,000 people die a year driving to work. I pay taxes and have a family. I have a greater chance of getting cleaved in half by a semi than our soldiers have of dieing in Iraq. Why is my sacrifice any more or less valid.

So far, most of the victims of terrorism, like those in 9/11, have not been soldiers. I am not trying to imply our soldiers aren't sacrificing their lives for their country. I do support them and condemn Walter Reed for having mold in the showers, but I do resent the so called "chicken" hawk mentality that you have to be in the military to have any opinion about the war.

Consider, if I die in a car wreck, my family is no less grieved for me than if I was to die in Iraq, but only my family would consider me a hero. Soldiers who die are lucky, because no matter what they did or how they lived their lives, they are heroes. Consider Lindy England. Had she have died in a prison outbreak and the Abu Grahib pictures never came to light...

I have decided firstly I would like to study in the US to help further my education and perhaps make a new life out there? I have been offered a place to stay with a friend to keep my costs low; thus meaning I wouldn't have to pay for the 'expensive' accomodation. I know I would have to apply for an F-1 Visa and show that I would come back to the UK after my studies.

So in short I'm asking,

I do hope to study and then live in the US (with my friend and her family) so what if my 'circumstances' change (in what ever shape) and I wish to reside out there after my studies, will this go against me, in the sense that I have been able to prove I would come back to the UK but have chosen not too?

Am I as a female UK citizen likely to be rejected by the London embassy?

Has anyone in here from UK had to be interviewed by an officer for an F-1, any tips, advice for applying for an F-1?

Any help would be appreciated!

1. He cut college readiness programs for young women from low-income families;

2. He considered weakening the rights of women under FMLA;

3. He decided to pay female White House employees, on average, nearly $20,000 less per year than male White House employees;

4. He made tax cuts that negatively affected women's programs and child care?

Is this the respect of women that we're looking for when we bring up Clinton and Monica and the cigar?

Let's see... which of these things affects me personally as a woman, Bush's policies toward American women or Bill Clinton's kinky sex act?
