All you have to do is look at how they treat child predators. A judge sentences a child rapist to probation. It's a disease called liberalism.

I have lived in Vermont my whole life we are not anti-American we just have a point of view like any other state. We are for the most part anti-Bush because of how he has handled situations in the past. Personally I think that Bush is just trying to finish something his father started and that he used 9/11 to accomplish that. Iraq had nothing to do with the attack on America so why are we focused on Iraq. We should be spending more time looking for the real person behind the attacks bin Laden. Just my two cents

well, as someone who has lived in vermont the last eight years, i feel confident speaking on their behalf. vermont is known for what? cows, maple syrup, foliage and skiing? you'd be surprised how in-depth the politics are here though. this is a state that elected bernie sanders, an independent who is highly critical of the bush administration, to the senate by like 70% of the vote...meanwhile vermont attracts all walks of life, from the rich conservative seeking their third summer home to the hippies who love the woods to the poor farmer who has been here for 200 years. vermont talks quite a bit about what's happening with the bush administration and his policy's make most of us sick...oh wait, you were probably trying to bash vermont and liberals in general, sorry for actually answering your question

The liberals colonized Vermont long ago. Although the state is big on tourism, most Vermonters I met on vacation there were not very outgoing and seemed suspicious of those not from Vermont.

Opposing Bush and the war does not make one "anti-American".

Sounds to me like they are doing exactly what they have a right to do under the constitution of this country.
You may not like their freedom to do it, but then somebody who wants to limit another Americans freedom, isn't in the American mold himself.

People are fed up. Good for them. People do not like being lied to and misled into a war . Big surprise.
