Seems since they took over both houses they spend all day making political hay of Iraq. Some want us to go into Africa to stop genocide, but isn't that Iraq with another name plate? With social security imploding Big Brother should be tackling cost of private health coverage. Big Brother goal should be to end income tax and start a fair sales tax (Those who make more or inherit alot do spend more). Do we need a third party or just vote in democratics or republicans with a more centrist position. These extremes in each party are wrecking this nation - including George and Nanci

I have to thank you RLP I was lost but now I am found. I use to believe in a loving forgivng God but you taght me better.
Thank you for doing so much to educate people regarding God’s law. I
have learned a great deal from you, and I try to share that knowledge
with as many people as I can. When someone tries to defend the
homosexual lifestyle, for example, I simply remind him that Leviticus
18:22 clearly states it to be an abomination. End of debate. I do
need some advice from you, however, regarding some of the specific laws
and how to best follow them.

When I burn a bull on the altar as a sacrifice, I know it creates a
pleasing odor for the Lord (Lev. 1:9). The problem is my neighbors.
They claim the odor is not pleasing to them. How should I deal with
this?

I would like to sell my daughter into slavery, as it suggests in Exodus
21:7. In this day and age, what do you think would be a fair price for
her?

I am marrying an army soldier in July. He is getting leave to fly back in to the states and get married. I was just wondering what he needs to take back with him for the paperwork. I may be going to live with him in Germany later on, more paperwork, I'm sure. But what besides a marriage certificate does he need? Thanks!

My mom-in-law & dad-in-law put $7,000 down on a SUV for me & my husband and completely financed the SUV in their names.Me and my husband didn't have the credit to finance it in our name.My dad-in-law came into a large settlement & gave money to his 3 sons to go towards cars.My dad-in-law was very ill at the time we finaced the car at the dealership. The car salesmen knew that even though my in-laws were financing the SUV, me and my husband (their son) would have possession of the SUV.My dad-in-law financed the SUV because he wanted his 3 grandkids to have a safe and reliable vehicle.Me and my husband have made ALL the monthly payments on the SUV for 4 years, the insurance has always been in my name and we always paid for the title/renewal sticker. At the time the SUV was financed me and my husband traded in our Dodge intrepid which did have a bit of balance owed on it in addition to the $7,000 I mentioned previously. Both passed away now the bank wants to reposses it, can they?

I dont live in the United States. However, I caught like twenty seconds of Hannity & Colmes today. Hannity was criticizing Joy from The View from saying the President is a "liar" and a "murderer". Now, Hannity was very belligerent when it came to this subject, and he wondered why Joy had done this, and that it wasnt a good thing and all that.

Fine.

Last time I checked, I believe the First Amendment grants Americans the right of a free press, and the right to free speech. Why was Fox News criticizing her for voicing her opinion? It's not like Fox News says good things about more liberal politicians anyway.

I have posted items for sale on the Web and have recevied checks from the same person, but one came from the west coast writen on a east coast bank. The other came from the east coast, writen on a west coast bank. These ckecks were writen for amounts over the cost of the items,so when I called the banks, I found out that they were fraudlent checks. I called the FBI and was told that the amounts were to small to worry about. We are talking about checks totaling over $10,000.00.. I was told just to mail the checks back to the senders and forget about it.

While I hate to admit it, the democrats may win the presidency in '08. Every presidential candidate has proposed a plan to pull us out of Iraq in less than a year.

After they pull us out, Malake (the prime minister of Iraq) and Ahmehenijad will ally, Russia has already allied with Iran. With our enemies (yes, Russia is still our enemy, like it or not) in control of most of the major oil reserves they will be able to corner the world oil market. This will severely damage the US economy.

Oil isn't just used in gasoline, anything plastic in your house is oil, your electricity is created by oil (and coal), your heater probably runs because of oil, the pump for your running water runs off oil.

Finding an alternative energy source is a great ambition but nothing produces energy in any amount compairable to oil, so the logistics and the cost of using the current sources of alternative energy make them completely implausable.

Thoughts? Flame away!

My grandfathers will is being contested by his wife of 17 years. She is contesting under the terms of a prenup which left her 1/6 of the estate. It also mentions in the prenup that she renounces her right to dissent, adminster, and to contest his will. Also she has claimed an elective share under NC stature. It's too early to tell, but she may already inherit the 1/6.
