Yes, as long as Americans are still free it will always be worth fighting for, even after that it would be worth fighting to make her free again. Through Democrat or Republican years it doesn't matter, America still has more freedoms than the rest of the world could dream of.

The battle that this country needs is not IRAQ. That is a distraction. The battle that we need to give is to level the national budget so we can afford better social programs beter education, better job opportunities. Lets tax the people that make more than 100,000 dollars a year, Lets impose stricter rules on wealthy corporations to make them invest in our land not so much outside. Lets create engineering that help the enviroment. The fight we need is inside of our political system. A battle against millionare lobyst who have no concern on the middle class. Which is what you and me are. Lets face our own internal problems instead of trying to focus on the problems of other countries. Lets create a stronger United nations that serves its original purpose so the security issues around the world are shared between the international community. We are wasting to much money in WAR wake up.

This country will always be worth fighting for. When you're in the field, it's all about the guys next to you (or in my case, below you on the ground), but this country was made what it is because of people who sacrificed for others.

the country is worth fighting for, the people are worth fighting for, but the government has lost its way--it was hijacked by spoiled rich kids. i am an american, a veteran. one of my ancestors helped forge the constitution. i still believe that we have a place in the sun, if we can pull our heads out of our asses and really see the big picture.
the big picture is that only a few people are really pulling the strings in the world, and they are manipulating all of us to their ends.
once the world recognizes this, they will see the spiders web, and fight the real enemies of the people...always follow the money trail...

I would fight to the death for the US. There is no other place on earth like it. I've been to many other countries and there is no better place in the world.
It's still worth fighting for. If we don't do it, trust me, no one else will.

The fact that you have to ask that is sad. If you don't believe this country is fighting for then you need to become proactive and stand up agianst the people who are destroying this country... aclu, illegal immigrants, new york times, san fransico's government, restorative justice judges, george soros, NBC, and other extreme left wing secular progressives.

I say yes, but i will also add, that i am tired of the arguing that is going on in my country. I'm tired of the illegal immigration issues, im tired of anna nicole and im tired of people using us as only a political tool in their arguments. I love my country, but i probably will not live there any longer when i am out of the military, until things get better.

Of course it is. If you don't think your country is worth fighting for, you may as well leave, because if it weren't wirth fighting, we wouldn't have a country.
