http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2007/02/28/eveningnews/main2525644.shtml

I posted a question asking if you had seen the above article from yahoo news and someone deleted it. Do you see anything wrong with this question?

"CBS) Texas rancher Dub Cunningham can drive right up to the front line of the immigration war. For decades, he's watched illegal immigrants flood across his land. "

It speaks of how crossings droped 71% in an area where those crossing the border are not only sent back, but sent to jail for 2 weeks to 6 months.

What do you think?

And could you please repeat if you answered before? I never got to see them.

I have heard that if you are in the military and a close friend is killed or you watch a fellow soldier be shot, you are given time off to mourn and collect yourself? Is this correct?

A few year ago I ordered some diet pill off the internet. I know not very bright, in my order I included my address telephone and other information. I am still getting spam and pone call from at least a dozen other companies five years later. The company I made the order with has long gone out of business. I think Congress needs to do more to protect the public and the consumer. What do you think.

I was thinking about joining the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People because I, too would like to see coloreds (African Americans) advance. It would benefit everyone if the black community could reduce crime, improve their education and become self-sufficient.

I'm white. Would they accept me and be open to my ideas about how we can advance the black people? (i'm serious)

I've read in the news recently that Bobby Brown (a famous singer from 1980's) has been jailed for not being able to pay $5,500 per month child support payments. And he has been ordered to stay in jail until he or someone else pays the $22,000 he owes now.

I've never heard of people going to jail for non-payment of any other kinds of debt. Usually, people's bank accounts and property can be siezed and their wages can be garnisheed to pay for debts. But going to jail seem a little extreme to me. How can a guy get money while he is in jail?

Can't this guy just declare bankrupcy and get it over with?

why is that when you say something againts the Bush Regime, neo-cons attack you for being an "unpatriot"?

Why is that they say that when I am using my constitutional right of freedom of speech to speak against Bush, that I am automatically labeled a possible "terrorist" and my IP should be traced?

How dare they tell me this, when I am about to becoming an Air Force officer, when I fight my right to speak what I want, while they sit on the chair and defy me, the person who is willing to go fight for their right?

Why is that to the neo-cons the statement "I disagree with what you have to say but will fight to the death to protect your right to say it." is very invalid unless you agree with them?

HOW MUCH MORE OF NEO-CON HATE MUST WE TAKE.....stand up for your right to say NO!!!!!!

ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS!

If everyone did their civic duty and found candidates that they liked early on, and actually took time to research them and support them, then the lesser of the two evils scenario would never happen.

Why don't people quit bitching and start doing something? I've been actively campaigning for candidates since before I could vote!

sorry I guess this wasn't really a question, unless you can give me a valid reason why people shouldn't campaign for who they want to run for president?
