I posted a question asking if you had seen the above article from yahoo news and someone deleted it. Do you see anything wrong with this question?

"CBS) Texas rancher Dub Cunningham can drive right up to the front line of the immigration war. For decades, he's watched illegal immigrants flood across his land. "

It speaks of how crossings droped 71% in an area where those crossing the border are not only sent back, but sent to jail for 2 weeks to 6 months.

What do you think?

And could you please repeat if you answered before? I never got to see them.

Thanks for the great article. I didn't see anything wrong.

Speaking from experience, I've had questions and answers removed by Yahoo because some other Yahoo user didn't like what I wrote and reported me to Yahoo. You can send an email to answers-abuse@cc.yahoo-inc.com and ask why your question was deleted. If they don't find anything, they will restore your points and stuff. Good luck

Someone else on here was complaining of the same thing the other day - said they had posted a news article right from Yahoo news and it got deleted by Y/A. I think someone said there might have been a problem with copyright laws with reproducing the actual article. I don't know if that is the real reason, though, as I have seen many times where an entire news article is cut and pasted here. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason for what gets removed and what is allowed on. I think when they remove your questions, Y/A should have to actually specify in their e-mail to you exactly what guideline you supposedly violated. Sometimes, I think they remove without verifying that you have violated, just based on how many people report you, whether they have valid reasons to report or not. Some people may be jealous that you are shown as the top poster in Immigration and so they are trying to get you removed, just to see if they can. Anyways, I love your postings here because they are always very educated sounding and logical, fair, and never racist, whatsoever. Keep on posting! I actually search through the postings, looking for questions by you when I come on here.

I know what you mean. I posted a completely harmless question and Y!A shut down my account because someone reported it as abuse. It's just some idiots who go around reporting abuse for no reason and making everyone's questions, or in my case my accout, get deleted.

Thank you, dumb @$$'s, now I don't have my e-mail account of seven years anymore or all of the e-mails I had saved in there. Or my several thousand points on Y!A.

We had a serious problem along the border and it was necessary to slow down all talk about immigration til it was under control.

Many don't want information out. Pro illegal advocates don't like the truth or any news that goes against their agenda.
So they use really deceptive tactic to shut ppl up or in your case have your question kicked off.
They are running scared.

Good Question in my opinion.. Maybe you have it worded better this time... lol....

Did you receive a VIOLATION Email????

That's nothing... I just posted a question about calling in sick on May 5th... My question was just removed.....

To answer your question it shows that people don't want to spend time in jail if they get here illegally?

could be a glitch in the system........ but more than likely but sides on the immigration issue are playing dirty and reporting bs.......which is really chidlish cause then we all lose.We are all entitled to our opinions and thoughts and should be adult enough to accecpt that and try to respond with an open mind, but if someone doesn't agree with you they report....and i get several a week .... i see reporting when it is threatening or racial slurs...oh_hell

Right!!! As if they have enough cells to hold the hundreds of people who try to run the border every day....
