Has anyone ever been accused of tampering with a prescription when really the Dr. had horrible handwriting!??

I work in a doctors office and usually when we get called about a possible tampering is when the refill section is changed or the amount of pills is changed.....they are use to the local doctors handwriting but will also call if it looks different than his usual writing style or if the directions are not his usual amount just to double check

That would be easy to fix. Call the Doctor and he can clear up the mess...
