Think about the days before the war, people wanted revenge because of what happend in 9/11. Do you think it was Iraq or Saudi Arabia we should have gone to war with? Please don't get angry but someone had to pay for what happend. Would you have rather thought that anybody could do this to us at any time they wanted. Be truthfull to yourself and answer if you can?

This is embarrassing but I have many things to pay off and my income just isnt cutting it and I dont work enough hours. I've been reading up on things and it seems you have to be like a single mom or disabled to get it. I dont want to be on it long i just need a little extra help right now and i don't know where else to get it...some one please help

I live in public housing. The people in the apartment above me does what it sounds like moving furniture and it sounds like bowling balls hitting the ceiling. A lot of the time it's between the hours of 12-3 o' clock A.M. in the morning. I asked them maturely if they could please stop and be a little quieter. They proceeded until like 1:00 a.m. I called the police plenty of times, but they still proceeded. Now it's been three months and it's still happening. They made up some stuff about me trying to hit their kids and threatening them, I don't know how I would have the heart since I have four little siblings and I have no criminal history or record. The manager said she had gotten three letters from the people who live in the two apartments above me saying this...and to tell you the truth I don't know these people. I never went in the behind apartments. The manager said I have one more chance or I'm evicted, why are they doing this to me? What are my rights as to being a tenant?

Barrack Usama's Hollywood gala is the talk of the town. Literally everyone in Hollywood has banded together to support the man. The list of names supporting Usama and attending his Dreamworks sponsered party is staggering. Name the actor or actress you like (or liked) and their there.

Whatever funds are raised doesnt even begin to describe the level of support Hollywood is able to leverage. Remember, these are media groups, and no single entity has more influence over the sheep/herd than the media.

Big deal you say? Ok, ask yourself this "What forces legitimizes a any candidate for the presidency?"

Answer: There is no "force of goodness or fairness" that legitimizes a candidate so essentially the rich and powerful from any walk of life chose to back and candidate with money and media, and thus a star is born.

So these power-brokers, are they capable of making good decisions for us?

In my opinion, the "War on Terrorism" is incomprehensible. No identifiable targets and defeating something which has been around since forever in the Middle East seems very farfetched at best...

After the former repub congress quit allowing the VA and American Legion to speak before the house concerning budgets for Vets, Nancy Pelosi said that the now Dem congress would bring the Vets back so they could be heard. Now, what do you all think about that??? Who can say that the Dems don't care about our Vets???? The repubs cut them off, the Dems brought them back.

I was at sporting event (MMA kinda of like a boxing event) me and my friend were seated near the locker room and I had been drinking, I was yelling at the ring but one of the fighters in the locker room thought I was insulting him which resulted in us being kicked out of the event so they rudly escorted us out even shoving my friend who was trying to guild to the car and calm me down, the head security officer saw that I was driving and he knew I had been drinking so he called the police so I got out of the car and had my friend drive, we were parallel parked very close to another car and my friend bumped it, the the security officer then jumped in front of the moving vehicle and another jumped in a took the keys, we stayed there until the police arrived we told them what happened and they gave my friend a field sobriety test which he showed no signs of intoxication but they took him to jail anyways for DUI without giving him a breathalyzer even after we requested one. wat should I do?

Unless you're native american, you're an immigrant, and California was part of Mexico before we stole it. This is supposed to be a place that offers people new oppurtunities, and they do jobs that you probably don't want to do.
