FICTION. Global Warming is the "junk science du jour" for our leftist nitwit friends. In the early 70's the same crowd was going nuts over "global cooling". Climatetologist can't tell us accurately if it is going to rain in two days. The earth is million of years old and goes through warming and cooling cycles.
Global warming is a trojan horse for the left to take our SUV's away and our 4-5 bedroom houses.

Actually, Al Gore didn't win an Oscar. That is all media hype. The documentary, An Inconvenient Truth, won the Oscar as the best documentary of the year. The award was presented to Davis Guggenheim, the individual who wrote and directed the film.
He, in turn, gave the Oscar to Al, presumable for his inspiring narration.

I think he was up against Bill Clinton's My LIfE. I don't know who won, but I believe they were both losers. Maybe that was Michael Moore. I slept through Al Gore's speech so I don't know. Or was that the guy on Saturday Night, Live! who portrays Al Gore? I couldn't tell. I was busy not inhaling.

Regardless of who or what causes global heating, we need to do something about it. The debate about causes is a sideshow and a waste of valuable time. Let's focus on a solution.

You obviously don't read do you? I mean come on, the majority of climatologists agree that global warming is occuring and is caused by human activity. Al Gore did his homework and has the backing of scientists around the world. It's time for you to do your homework too.
BTW, Michael Crichten isn't a climatologist, he has his degrees in medicine, not climatology and geo physics. Those are very different sciences than medicine. He also says that you can eat DDT. He doesn't back up any of his statements with sources or research material. He makes blanket statements. He's a charleton. And, any man who is stupid enough to say only 50 people died due to Chernoyble disaster hasn't done his research. Sheesh, I can't believe people are falling for this moron.

I cant believe you some people still den there is a global warming problem.. why dont you check what's happening in the Canadian acrtic.. there's no ice this year.. and animals who normally walk across it are now stuck..
all global warming deniers should be put on a registry so that in the future we can blame you personally.. and send you all to forced labor to help fix the problem that right wingers mostly created themselves.. greedy oil guzzlers..

Al Gore won an Oscar for being Hollywoods mouth piece, and if there was any honesty in Hollywood they would have given it that title. Thanks
