You could, but you would be breaking one of the Ten Commandments.

Yeah of course. Republicans do not have a corner on religion and radical Christians don't own the Repub party they just think they do because the blow dried, gay born again ministers tell them that stuff. The nice thing about America is that the lunatic left wing of the Dem Party and the radical right of the Repub Party X each other out in elections. Bush is not a conservative, he is a moderate, Kerry was a liberal or at least left of center. Dems elect Repub Presidents, there are not enough Repubs to do that, so moderate voters pick the least harmful candidate. Thats why Dems did not outlaw guns, Repubs did not end abortion or put prayer back in the schools. Both side will give the barking dogs on the left and right some hate object (often the Supreme Court) to focus on but nothing changes much because we are a moderate country, you just have to have at least an 8th grade education to see that and ignore slogans and images that the party's throw out there for the ignorant to digest. Nope, God is not a lib or a conservative, whatever would make you think that?

Ah now,,, the good book says,,,,judge ye not that ye may be judged. I have fought in Nam on two separate tours, I have voted both for Dems and Repubs, I go thank the Load and praise him evry day. I am A Christian and this time I will vote for a Dem. And I don't beleive that will have any effect on,,,, if I'll end up in Heaven or Hell.

Is there anyway you can vote republican and call yourself a christian?
Republicans are for the death penalty, Pro War, Against helping the poor.
Here's some food for thought. If Jesus Christ ran for election today, I really don't think that the Christian Right would vote for him. Think about it. He gives everything away, he would not condone the death penalty, he would be against war. The only issue that Christ and the Republicans would agree on would be abortion.

of course you can! religion and politics are two things that shouldn't mix. When you vote you should be voting not for the Christian or non-Christian, but for who you believe will do a better job.

There's a reason for the separation of Church and State. Of course you can. Guiliani is a Republican and he supports Gay Rights and Abortion. And he professes to be a Christian. Ted Haggard is a Republican Evangelical who advised President Bush and he admitted to homosexual trysts and then there was Mark Foley. If they are Republicans and call themselves Christians, then I certainly can.

Being a democrat or a republican doesn't mean you have to walk lock-step to their entire platform it, hopefully, means you studied both and picked the one that is closest to your own ideas.
