Well, I have an idea for a totally unique idea for a new web service, but it's just an idea at the moment. I want to hire/partner with someone and create this, but I'm afraid since I'm a minor and can't afford to pay big money, someone will pretend to work with me and just get the idea and do it themselves. Is there anything I can do to guard against this like copyright the idea until the website is complete? I found a guy to partner with so I don't have to pay anyone, but I can't tell him enough details for him to start coding until I get this copyrighted.

The SHARE of the national income going to the top 20% is increasing while the SHARE of the national income going to the bottom 20% is declining - but "the national income" is rising and so is the income of all "20%" groups - the top group's income is just rising faster.

And what's a group? Individual membership IN the various groups turns over significantly - someone in the bottom 20% today is, ten years later, more likely to be in the top 20%, more than twice as likely to be in the top 40%, and 4 times as likely to be in the top 60%, than to be in the bottom. This is natural - most of the bottom 20% are entry-level, and young or recently emmigrated, and most of the top 40% are experienced - and older.

Statistically as an individual moves up he leaves his group at some point and it stops moving up with him - this happens earlier if he starts at the bottom.

Most of us make a bit more when you start out, and a lot more at the height of your career, than people did 30 years ago.

i've been thinking about joining the army but i'm not sure yet.

on one hand my life curently is "in the gutter" sort of speek. i got in a bit of trouble. this is a great way of straighting myself out. plus all the benfits i will gain from it. right now i can't even find a job.

but on the other hand though i do love living in the U.S. i could care less about "the cause". and it is a big commitment once you sign up you can't change your mind along the way. when your in your in.

so i'm actualy interested in your opinion. give me your feedback and tell me wether you think i should or shouldn't enlist myslef

i have spent 10,000 to prove my innocence, bond, attorney, impound, court costs, and more. Also DHS took our kids and made there mom take assesments, at 200.00 each, plus forced us to be compliat to all their requests for drug tests at our expense. And left us all in trauma, financial crisis ,emotional problems to the oldest child. All this was over false charges that were dropped. Do i get any compensation?

stop the car going the fastest, out ahead of the pack, or the car going the slowest, nearest to you? I've always heard: "You can't catch 'em all!"

Some conservatives continue their asinine argument that liberals are actually terrorists sympathizers. Sometimes they say we are the same as the terrorists. If that was true, we could have already have made several attacks on par with 9/11. Afterall their are millions of us inside the country right now. If you believe that liberals are actually terrorists dedicated to destroying their own country, please explain why we haven't attacked the United States from the inside.

I'd rather some people like us and everyone fear us but this is a two party system and that option doesn't appear to be on the menu.

Arguably since Bush more countries, er, their national leaders, hate us, or hate him, though for the most part it's the same people who've always hated us for being wealthier than they are just being more vocal about it.

But think about this - 9/11 happened because Al Qaeda kept doing stuff to us and we kept not doing anything back. They didn't think we'd invade Afghanistan and take out the Taliban that was supporting them because none of our past responses to terror indicated that we would.

If someone gets up and says "Iraq was a mistake but Afghanistan and rounding up the radicals and bringing them to Gitmo and handing them over to Eastern European allies for interrogation, we should actually do MORE of that" wouldn't you support him or her?

Until we get that, it seems like it's all or nothing. "All" isn't perfect but "nothing" got us 9/11.

The Iran Evasion
Thursday, February 15, 2007

Irvine, CA--In response to Bush administration claims that Iran is supplying Iraqi insurgents with deadly weapons, liberals say they are worried that the administration is making the case for military action. The “New York Times” accuses the administration of “saber-rattling,” while the paper’s leading columnist, Paul Krugman, says that “a powerful faction in the administration is spoiling for a fight.”

“The truth,” said Alex Epstein, junior fellow at the Ayn Rand Institute, “is exactly the opposite. The real problem with the Bush administration regarding Iran is that it, like its critics, is evading the massive case against this committed enemy of America.

“Iran is the leading state-supporter and champion of Islamic Totalitarianism--the ideological movement that is the root cause of the present terrorist threat. Ever since Iran’s Islamic Revolution in 1979, it has been constitutionally committed to expanding ‘the sovereignty of God’s...

I was bitten by my neighbor's dog. I contacted a injury lawyer, and asked for settlement with their insurance company. Unfortunately, they refused to offer the insurance info.

The lawyer filed a claim against them, hoping they will give out the info. The neighbors claimed since they paid me for my medical bills, the matter is over.

The lawyer decided the case for not feasible for them, asked me to dismiss it and file a small claims case instead.

I filed a small claims case, and they file a counter claim for the legal help and filing fees from the first case with the lawyer, stating it was excessive/unneccessary b/c it did get dismissed.

If I win my small claims case, and they win their case, will the judgements be two seperate judgements, or will my judgement be reduced by the defendants counterclaim? It does seem like two difference issues.

And if it is two judgements, if I pay the judgement immediately, will it be on my credit report? Will it be treated negatively?

If so here is a inexpensive way so you dont vote for some bug to kill us. Take a couple of leads some wire hook it up to your TV speaker get a small speaker hook it up next put a hole in the back of the can just large enough to slip your speaker in. Next get some material lik velcro or some thing and apply it to the edge of the can. Next find a large cob web being careful sweep up the cobweb so it covers the large open end of the can. Next carfuly slid your speaker into the back of the can. Next wait for the president or the next canidate to go on TV to brag some thing.. Note this a spider has accoustic harmony with its own web and every sound the spider makes well get the web to bounce in syncrnization with his or her voice. Now you know how to catch spider man incognito.
