If liberals were actually terrorists wouldn't we have attacked by now?

Some conservatives continue their asinine argument that liberals are actually terrorists sympathizers. Sometimes they say we are the same as the terrorists. If that was true, we could have already have made several attacks on par with 9/11. Afterall their are millions of us inside the country right now. If you believe that liberals are actually terrorists dedicated to destroying their own country, please explain why we haven't attacked the United States from the inside.

the fact that some people call liberals terrorists shows the shear lack of intelligence in some people. It really is frightening that some people are really that stupid. Or maybe it is that their hatred is at such a level that they can't think straight.

I agree that if liberals were in power we would not have been attacked, because the liberals would have been on their collective knees begging the terrorist's forgiveness and asking them nicely if they promised to never attack us again we would give them massive amounts of money and even bend over, drop our trousers or hike up our dresses and let them have their way with us.

At one time Liberals actually had a spine and were willing to stand up for what was right (i.e. Harry S. Truman) and say 'DAMN THE CONSEQUENCES.....MY COUNTRY RIGHT OR WRONG!"

It was the policy of another recognized liberal, Thomas Jefferson, who was president during the Barbary Wars of 1801-1805 believed in the policy of "MILLIONS FOR DEFENSE, BUT NOT ONE CENT FOR TRIBUTE."

So as far as I am concerned liberals are terrorist sympathizers. The terrorists have repeatedly said they hope the liberals Democrats do get in power because they know they will all surrender.

Give it two more years. I don't think the problem is Republican or Democrats alone. I believe they are both from their own angles accomplishing the ease for terrorists to attack someday. Bush leaves the border open, the liberals by their own admission want to treat the terrorists like friends. Everything that both parties are doing is going to blow up in our faces. I predict within the next 5 years.

Attacking the country doesn't have to be with bombs, jets, or IED's. Disapproving of internal measures like the Patriot Act is a roundabout way of weakening the country from within without firing a shot.

I'm a centerist. From my perspective, you don't need to. The conservatives are in their own circular firing squad. They can't wait to throw each other under the bus. Who needs liberal terrorists when we have Carl Rove's math and Bill O'Reilly's news.

You'll do just fine in the next six to ten years. Those of us in the middle will probably see to it.
