But if you're an acessory/accomplice to/in a crime you get charged with the crime so...(means you're just as guilty as the killer or it's like you did it yourself). He's still responsible in that case?

Two different premises in your question;

(1) You have committed criminal assault, period, and it could also be considered a hate crime in certain situations.

(2) The President had the authorization of practically the entire congress to go to war.............following 9-11.

Why do muslims in the middle eastern nations get cheered and honored for beheading Christians and Jews, and people around the world think it is an act of MURDERING THUGS not humans who do those things?

Everyone should get in trouble for hurting another regardless of race or religion. Where Bush is concerned I think he's a blood thirsty bigot.

Well that's all because Bush has international law on his side. You don't.

Simple as that. Anyway Beating anyone up is assault no matter who they are or their beliefs. Tolerance only works with compassion.

In other words don't beat nobody. It's wrong dude, just plain wrong.

hes not personally killing anyone just like Saddam didnt personally kill anyone. I dont see why good christians with their excellent record on brutality and torture cant be allowed to kill muslims here like they are doing in Iraq and allowing the Israelis to do in Palestine.

Bush has not killed anyone.It has been said for countless years leaders do not kill people, the ones who take the orders do.

because its war, and killing is with in the rules and boundaries of war. I know your question wasnt supposed to be literal like that, and it was more a moral, big-picture kind of question.....but thats all that is really different......'the rules of engagement'
