He wants to visit with our children ages 11 and under. The law will allow him because he is the biological father.

This law in California is messed. I feel as he is getting awarded.
I have been sacrificing my heart for my children, and our counseling sessions have really helped. The law says is better that the children have a fatherly influence.

The declaration he submitted thur the court is so twisted and distorted with more than half lies. That shows to me that if he is that twisted and manipulating, that he is dangerous.

He works thur manipulation.

Is there anyway that I can win this case?I do not want my children with him.

Can the law make an exception, not only that but the law is wrong!

If I sue for $1000, and the defendants countersues for $500, and both of us win the claims...will the judge take my judgement of $1000, minus the defendants's judgement of $500, and award me for $500? And if that is the case, will my credit report show that I have a judgement against me for $500, and that it has been paid?

I also understand that sometimes, the judge will issue as two seperate judgements, and I will have to pay them $500, and they pay me $1000.

I know that former members of Congress are still referred to as "The Honorable ____ ____" after they leave office (whether they deserve that title or not. ;) ) But when writing a letter to a former member of Congress, does one write "Dear Congressperson ____", or are they no longer referred to as "Congressperson/Congressman/Congresswoman/Whatever ____"?

If you have a link to an online style guide that has an explanation, or a relevant citation from a style guide, that would be very helpful. :)

You are pulled over for windows being too tinted and you act nervous when the officer asks to see your license, reg., etc. Is that probable cause for the officer to search your car for narcotics or call in the dogs?

Remember, A so-called muslim man wanted by america was thought to be dead, until he sent the monkey of america a top secret message:

3704544
07734

Knowing the monkey man, who called himself president, he couldnt crack it, so he phoned the U.K and asked him, "hey, ive got a message from that guy, he says a whole load of numbers, what shall we do?, kill him?"
U.K said, "dude, have you tried reading it upside down?"

NOTE:THIS QUESTION IS ONLY A JOKE, SORRY FOR ANY INCONVINIENCE, OR ANY HARM CAUSED TO ANYONE"
