no reason to,they have acted in the same manner as the KGB for a long time.

Actually they are the American counterpart to the KGB. Both are/were spy agencies involved with foreign surveillance. They both performed covert operations for their respective governments. UK has a similar organization called MK 9 I think. I

If the CIA wasn't acting like the KGB they wouldn't be doing their job.

Because the KGB is in Russia and no one claims they EVER were any different! not an offensive question.
