The next president will be elected in November of 2008

US Presidential elections are held the first Tuesday following the first Monday in November in year evenly divisible by 4. They always fall between Nov 2 and Nov 8. The next Presidential election will be Nov 4, 2008. The next after that will be Nov 6, 2012. If you are referring to any other country, I have no idea.
