More flawed logic rhino...subpoena is Latin for 'under penalty'. Are you suggesting that Dubya should be under some imaginary penalty for protecting our homeland from a terrorist attack for over half a DECADE. Don't forget 9/11 was planned under Prostitute Clinton's & SP's watch.
