i have spent 10,000 to prove my innocence, bond, attorney, impound, court costs, and more. Also DHS took our kids and made there mom take assesments, at 200.00 each, plus forced us to be compliat to all their requests for drug tests at our expense. And left us all in trauma, financial crisis ,emotional problems to the oldest child. All this was over false charges that were dropped. Do i get any compensation?

If the charges were dropped, does the DA have the right to re-file at a later date? That you have to find out first.
False arrest, slander, libel, false imprisonment are all grounds for personal injury claims. If you were wrongly accused, you may have a case. You may also have to hire an attorney to pursue the case. The police and District Attorneys do not volunteer that they screwed up.

there's a sturdy probability that some hint of it is going to arise in backgrounds. you would be asked on the polygraph degree in case you have ever dedicated a criminal. no longer convicted or arrested, yet dedicated. as a manner to bypass certainly you will could say particular and clarify it to the polygraph examiner. no count if or no longer it is going to disqualify you, that's stressful to declare and a few would count on the dept. the type you describe it right here nevertheless, is the type you're able to describe it to them. It occurred a jointly as in the past, it became into stupid, and that i grew up and made some thing of myself. that's the main advantageous mild you are able to positioned it in. human beings attempt to describe it away or blame somebody else or the device and that's a super no no. All you're able to do is enter the approach and take of venture, the worst which could ensue is you do not get by. in case you get bumped from the approach request to renowned what knocked you out. And in case you get bumped off one branch you will attempt others, i do no longer know how aggressive that's immediately, yet while i became into utilising regulation Enforcement became into particularly aggressive and only approximately no person have been given employed the 1st branch and/or time they tried.

It could take 10,000 more to bring a case against the state,I doubt that they will admit to any culpability leaving you an innocent yet marked man.what does your attorney think.

Spend a few more $$ and get a lawyer. Sue EVERYBODY involved, from the DA, to the County clerk who filed the charges.

You may get a good settlement. it may take years tho...
