In a civil proceedings, having come to know that my counsels were bribed and influenced the proceedings, I initiated action before the Bar Council. The advocates being members of the Bar Council used their influence and closed the proceedings in a one line obviously manipulated order. Is the Bar Council to be trusted any more. Could we not scrap Section 35 Advocates Act and get our relief before a Civil Court.

For Those Who Want To Leave Iraq Without Even Giving It One Last Try . . . . . . . . . Can YOU. . . . . look into the eyes of an Iraqi Mother.. . . . and tell her that we will no longer be protecting you . You're not worth it ?????? We know you're living in grave danger and we know we have the ability to help you and your children.. . . . . . but no matter what. . . . . we're leaving. . . .we're not willing to give it 'one last try' !!!! Forget how WE ALL promised you that we were there for the long-run. ... . . . . .forget how WE asked you to TRUST US.. . . . . . you're just not worth it !!!!

This is NOT designed to inflame. . . .no, no, no. . . .it's designed to ENLIGHTEN and show REALITY in the FOG OF WAR !!!

So.. .. .are YOU CAPABLE of telling an Iraqi Mother this ?

Serious thoughtful answers would be GREATLY APPRECIATED .
Try it for at least this one question . Thank you very much !!!

The Congress raised the minimum wage, they want to make college tuition more affordable and a lot more. Where the money come from? Do Democrats think money is for free? Why Republicans oppose it? Does that increase the US national deficit?

Isn't it funny how Bush is a simpleton, yet a MENACE to SOCIETY??!?!??!? It's unbelivable.

What I'M surprised about is the fact he hasn't been assassinated yet..........

That is one of the major reasonings that people have given me when it comes to allowing warrantless searches. Is that true though? I'm not a criminal or a terrorist but I don't want any Government Agency to be able to search me without a warrant, it is not about hiding something but about having personal privacy.

This question is regarding the current laws of South Carolina, as it stands if stopped for speeding, the officer can search your person and vehicle without a warrant or reason. This came about some time ago when most of the state voted for this to be allowed, but now it seems many have seen what mistake it was to throw away that freedom that they had but some don't mind. Some say "If I got nothing to hide then why not", but it is not about having something to hide but more of knowing you still have personal privacy and laws protecting you is it not?

Knowledgeable News Audiences

News audiences vary widely in age, education, and how much they know about what's going on in the nation and the world. Most regular consumers of news are better informed, better educated, and older than the average American. But the audiences for some news sources stand out in this respect.

Judged by their answers to three news knowledge questions2, the most informed audiences belong to the political magazines, Rush Limbaugh's radio show, the O'Reilly Factor, news magazines, and online news sources.

Audiences with the highest educational achievement, by far, are the literary magazines and online news outlets. Readers of news magazines, political magazines and business magazines, listeners of Rush Limbaugh and NPR.

Some of these attentive and educated audiences also are older than average. The oldest audiences belong to the NewsHour (60% age 50 or older), the O'Reilly Factor (58%), Larry King Live (56%), network nightly news (54%), and Sunday morning talk shows (52%).

The Center is an independent opinion research group that studies attitudes toward the press, politics and public policy issues. We are best known for regular national surveys that measure public attentiveness to major news stories, and for our polling that charts trends in values and fundamental political and social attitudes. Formerly, the Times Mirror Center for the People & the Press (1990-1995), we are now sponsored by The Pew Charitable Trusts and are one of six projects that make up the Pew Research Center, a nonpartisan "fact tank" that provides information on the issues, attitudes and trends shaping America and the world.
