1. Zanax isn't for colds. It's for depression. If the potential recruit has a history of depression, not only will the recruiter likely lose interest, but the military is probably not a great place for him.
2. The Marines will not generally enlist felons. If the felony was committed while a juvenile, then they may look in to the circumstances a bit. Typically, so long as the felony didn't involve drugs or violence and the young man or woman satisfactorily completed all requirements of probation, the recruiter will seek approval from his or her chain of command.

Depends on drug. MJ possible anything harder like cocaine, meth, heroin, very doubtful
I would go to a recruiter and use this line. What do I have to do to get into the Air Force. If the recruiter believes he really wants in, he can do a waiver and there is a possibility that he may be able to get in. There are allot of other things to be done other than this charge. Passing the ASVAB is the 1st step.

Was he charged with a felony or a misdemeanor the result of the severity of the charge is the key factor and if he was convicted, if he wasn't found guilty yes he can get in and you can probably have it expunged, if it was a misdemeanor i believe he still can get in, but chraged with a felony i don't think he can.

I seriously doubt it, misdemeanors can, but not always, be waived. I believe any felony will prohibit him from joining, but the only way to know for sure is to ask a recruiter in person.

Yes, Army and Marines aren't as picky as the other branches. You may have to do some extra paperwork and get some letters of recommendation, but Army and Marines will let just about anyone in. Air Force would be a bit harder but you should be OK.

sure, he can get in difficulty for abusing drugs. If my mothers and dads observed me doing drugs or had any reason to have self assurance i grew to become into doing them they could have overwhelmed the living **** out of me and point-headed me till I moved out. i'm not asserting beating your infants is powerful, yet once you decide on him to not do drugs, you will might desire to self-discipline him. On a component notice, this video does look thoroughly pretend and that i doubt it rather is rather any drug he's smoking. It sounds like he's only lighted empty paper. yet speaking to him does not harm.

I'd imagine the Army would consider him.
The Marines are tougher to get into.

Depending if the charge was a felony, and his age he got it. If he was a juvinile it doesnt take much to get his record sealed..
