I live in a small community in Arkansas and the owner of our local conveince store applied for and received approval for a liquor license.There are no churches within half a mile of this business, however, the local baptist community has decided to purchase a piece of property directly across the highway from the business,and build a church, which would put the business within the current 1000 foot restriction for liquor sales and church location.

My question is this, can the church legally do this or are there also laws prohibiting the the building of churches within certain distances of existing businesses that sell liquor?

Exxon Mobil, one of G.W. Bush's (and the republican party's) major sponsors, has tried to bribe scientists to support EM's position on climate change. In addition, the Bush administration is also failing to take action on greenhouse gas emissions (this would take away from Exxon Mobil profits). Does this not scream 'conflict of interest'? Should Bush have to comment about the actions of Exxon Mobil, since he is so strongly linked to them?

How should America change its politics so that the country can be run without fear of ulterior motives/hidden agendas?

Liberals and Democrats, why bash Bush for this war, He wasn't the only one who thought it was the thing to do, I believe several Democrats voted for it, regardless what they are saying now! And you talk about how many of our troops are dying, Well from the Men and Women i've meet who have been over there it sounds like most of them agree with what they are doing and understand the dangers, And if that's the case then why would you want to interfere with what they believe? They are doing our country a great justice, we owe them our support and loyalty, You need to stop trying to speak for them, and direct your anger toward other issues, within this country that need to be addressed, because they don't need us getting in the way of their mission. Join PETA, OR try to get some of these sick Child molesters off the street, do something to help your country not hurt it.

I am going to be babysitting my neighbors daughter for awhile and I need to know what kind of legal forms should I have her sign saying she will not sue me if we got in an accident. I will have to drive her daughter at least 4 out of 5 days of the week. Does anyone know where I can find these documents online? I joined the Marine Corps in 1996. The reason i joined was i needed a free medical service. I was sick and no doctors could help me. and i didn't have no more money to go to doctors. I spend one year in the Marine Corps. I didn't appear outwardly that i was sick. People couldn't understand i acted like i was nervous all the time. I had Serious stomach acid problems and No relief for a week at a time, I was getting pounding headaches all the time. I found the Military doctors couldn't help me neither. So i decided to end my life there. I thought i was going crazy. A military psychologist told me that he needs to send me to a psycho ward and he will process a discharge for me to see if i could get help outside. That is how i got out of the military. I met a doctor after my discharge and the cure was so simple. I got complete cured. Now I have my own business and i made a decent living. However, I feel bad that i am not there in iraq. I am 36 now. Should I join MC again?

My cousin said to me that she got down on her knees every day that she voted for Bush the first time. I told her that God forgave her now she has to forgive herself,( my cousins daughter is over there fighting the Great Bush war) My cousin didn't make the mistake of voting for him the 2nd time! I know that the UN has proclaim that the earth is getting hotter and we are the cause.

This question is for those with some intellect could you please answer these with some logical and reasoned explanation because our news media and politicians as politicize this.
1. why as there been no mention of increase solar activity in the last 12 years, and why as the ice cap on mars melting.
2. the earth temp as increase a little over 1 degree in the last hundred years in the recent pass the earth temp has increase by as much as 4 degrees why were we not blamed then?
3 What percentage of carbon dioxide going into the atmosphere is man made and what percentage is by nature.
4. In the past global warming and cooling has had disasterous affect on certain part of the globe it as also bought benifit to certain part of the globe, for ex places that was too cold to grow crops so why is this process always looked at as a negative.
