I have a buisness partner who is transferring money from company account to his personal account without the permission of the partners, can i go to the police to file theft charges? Because he won't tell us where the money is going to.

ok, the situation was like this.
next to my house is a vacant lot.. sometime i clean the front /yard from that lot.. and since i moved to my house couple years ago.. i always have problem with this nasty old skinny skank, she have dog and always let her dog shitting and peeing on that front lot/yard.. and never pick-up after that..
one day i tried to talk to her but her respond was so rude.. since that day i just never talk to her.. until last couple hour she curse on my mom because my mom just try to talk to her don't let her dog peing over there.. because smell so stink,
then after that we had argue.. she called me b**th.. and other nasty word and still she did not take her dog **** with her..
i just called police and report to them about that skank..
My question is can i make press charge about her because she was so racist and called me other nasty name??
then what should i do to make everybody stop to leave their dog **** to that vacant lot?
is there any law or else?

My husband and I are in the middle of a contested adoption. We have had this little girl from the age of 7mths to (now) age 3. We filed our taxes today and found out that the little girls birth mother who has not even seen her in over a year claimed her as a dependent. I know we have to file something with the IRS but does anyone know if we can push to send her to jail? This is not the first time she has done this. She cleaned this old mans house the year before and found his ss# and claimed him! He did not press charges, he just made her pay him the money. I want to press charges or something! She is contesting the adoption making our life miserable then on top of that claiming MY little girl as a dependent when see has not even laid an eye on her in over a year!!!!! Does anyone know what could happen???Could she go to jail or will she just have to pay a fine?

he has been using his sister drive way for years to not cause trouble to nieghbors and has had his other entry way blocked by a home that was built with no inspection does he have the right for a street that was suppose to be there when he bought the property 35years ago this is in rural area no inspection no survey was required i guess back then.
he has been told there is nothing on map he has been paying taxes all this time. is there any kind of law that should be a right of way it is not a long area of street to be made it is about 25 feet to his home all easements looks to be blocked or built on his sister is about to sell land looks like he will have to fly in. he really needs help is not financialy able to hire a lawer he 74 years old

Boy, I caught a lot of flak when I posted the question about winning in Iraq. Thats one of your repubs biggest problems. You put eveyone in the same boat. Oh. I served in the USMC for 25 years and I know about our bold and brave. ie two tours in nam. I'm only trying to say that we took the wrong approch. We did not let the Generals run the war. I have a debate in english on malnutrition in children, but I am still undecided on the subject. So I need some input to make up my mind.

Do you believe that it is the government's duty to help prevent malnutrition in children? For example, free lunches in schools, vaccinations, etc. If so, why?

Do you believe that it is NOT the government's duty to prevent malnutriton? If so, why?
