Do you know anything about triggers100? If you know where he lives in general, for instance, you could provide the transcript and information to the police there and let them decide whether to act.

With what you have provided, I don't see anything that is actionable at all. He doesn't say he did anything, though he might have if you'd have stayed in the conversation longer. The law doesn't punish people for their thoughts.

The guy is either a sicko or an undercover cop trying to catch predators. I don't know how to go about reporting him for sure, but talking to your local police and giving them the imformation should do the trick. They will most likely investigate him.

honestly this is a hard question u could always report them to the authoritys and send them the e-mail address, they can always trace that or find out their information but i want to warn you people joke about all kind of things in the chatrooms or in IM's all the time so dont be too quick to assume. or maybe u can pretend to be their friend and just ask for simple info like their number and name. just to pretend for the sake of the teenagers. but honestly at the end of the day the one thing u can do it pray.

The only thing you can do is reporting it to Yahoo (if that's where the conversation too place). Unless you can get an IP address and prove somethings going on, he could just be bs'ing you.

you could call newborn protective amenities every time for the time of employer hours. you do no longer might desire to attend until eventually the lady is definitely on the premises. If newborn protective amenities do no longer seen to be helping, communicate inclusive of your community police branch. clarify each and every little thing which you have written on your question above. you could proceed to be nameless in case you go with. stable success.
