my daughter is graduating from rucker next month. can i supplement her issued armor and who makes the best?
any other tips?

i would contact the administrator if you can

give her a good luck charm of some sort, or something special thats from you- for her to fly with

Good for her. You must be one pround Father!!!

With respect to a different type of armor, my father carried a small bible with him during WW2 which Mother had given him. We believe, but don't thump. He, later, gave it to me. I humped it during the Vietnam War. It provided much relief to my men when we were in the bush and I was able to read a short passage to them.

There is one called The Soldier's Pocket Bible. It us usually sold at cost and not marked-up as are other books.

I appreciate her service!!!

You could give her a Rabbits Foot as a gag gift . Congrats ! You should be proud of her !
