I live in the state of New York (Upstate)...I live in a apartment. Which is a house with 2 apartment, one upstairs one down stairs. There is only one entrance to get into the apartments...which is also your exit as well. But before you can enter the apartment...You have to go on the porch. The porch used to have two post/banister. One of them has been broken for many months. And the owner/landlord haven’t fix it yet, he just laid it alongside of the porch. I understand he has lot of iron in the fire(other things to do)such as take care of the other houses and apartments he has. Because I know he owns a lot of buildings and stuff. But it would only take 10-15 of his time to fix. A few mornings ago. I was coming down the steps, and happened to slip on some ice/snow. I could of have some support if the post/banister was there, but which it wasn’t, and in result of that. I broke my arm. Is that my fault. Would that be the landlord responsibility to fix that or was that the tenants responsibility ?

What exactly did they hope to accomplish defacing the capitol steps anyway? Did they assume if they spray painted grafity all over the capitol steps we'd simply pull our troops out?

is there any type of device that can be placed, that matches the landscape, and can observe movement in a set area. something like a "rock" with a camera inside and maybe solar powered. seems like it might be good to place in afghanastan in the border areas for tracking. maybe motion sensitive.

Whether it was lies or mistakes don't we have a responsibility to stay.
Lest we forget the millions that were slaughtered when we left Vietnam.
My conscience couldn't handle leaving them like that.

He and his administration not only deny that climate change is occurring but also takes an active role in falsifying the scientific reports, research results and recommendations produced by federally funded research bodies as well as all federally funded scientific organisations?

Why do the American People allow him to change other peoples works, and prevent those who produced the work, from speaking out against the falsification of their work? Why do they want the American People to remain ignorant of the Truth on what is happening to the world by the policies the US follows.

With the new so called report fron the U.N. it is now conformation to the liberal democrats that we are the cause of global warming. Global Warming opponents have never asked or will agree to an open debate forum. There is something underlining here, that STINKS! The same politicians, hollywood elite, and opponents of this therory dont mind flying their private planes, limo's and other gas guzzling vehicles around to tell us we need to curb our consumption.

Bush’s last few statements about Iran sound alarmingly familiar. He claims that Ahmadinejad is an evil dictator; that Iranians are oppressed and cannot “flourish"; that Iran is a threat to the security of the United States, etc. I’m not suggesting that these observations are false. However, isn’t that exactly what Bush said about Iraq when he was selling us on the idea to launch an all-out war against them? Is war with Iran imminent? Will the United States declare war on every nation we perceive as a threat even if they’ve never actually attacked us? Is North Korea next?

and God help us all when Brown steps in...say goodbye to your savings cos he will take it all! RIP democracy.

From the UN meeting on global warming and greenhouse gas emission;

"The head of the U.S. delegation said that President George W. Bush's policies, braking the rise of emissions rather than cutting them, were working.

"The President has put in place a comprehensive set of policies to address what he has called the 'serious challenge' of climate change," Sharon Hays, Associate Director of the White House Office of Science & Technology Policy, told Reuters. "

It was a psychological exam for CSD.I talked to my ex 1st time in 8 yrs. Which he told me The Dr.& his brother were friends & the Dr. revealed personal things I had told him. The chances were 1 in almost a million since my ex & I lived in Arizona.I live in Oregon which is where I had my exam.Also of course the Dr & my ex's brother live in Oregon too. I'm sure the Dr never thought my ex & I would ever talk again. But to share real personal things to his friend also caused family problems.
