Well you see the neighbor was burning some trash and it sort of got out of hand and catches the other neighbors garage on fire. This is the same garage where his new John Deer tractor was. So the neighbor #2 sees his garage and new John Deer tractor on fire and he freaks out, goes in his house and comes out with a 12ga. Shotgun and shoots neighbor # 1. It doesn’t kill him it only hits him in a few places, most notably 2 buckshot that went through his left ear. They get in a fistfight, rolling around on the ground like two little boys. Neighbor # 1's wife gets a water hose to put out the fire but ended up hosing down both neighbors like two dogs making love. Neighbor # 2's wife comes running out of the house with a bucket of water but slips in the mud and pours most of the water on neighbor #1' wife. She thinks it was done on purpose and turns the hose on neighbor #2's wife. While they are all playing in the mud the garage and the new John Deer tractor burns down. This lights off a bottle of gas that looked like the best fireworks ever, only it lands behind my house and catches a grass field on fire. Finally someone in the next county sees the smoke and calls the fire dept. The fire dept. had a flat on the way to the seen and had to send there crew in on foot. So we all took shovels and rakes and other implements of destruction and put out the fire. Well you see all that smoke from the fire has ruin “Old Blue” my best coon dog. That poor old dog breathed so much smoke that when he farts he blows smoke rings and I was just wandering if I could sue somebody for that sort of thing and would you sue neighbor #1 or neighbor #2.?

Kennedy and Representative Bennie Thompson, a Mississippi Democrat who heads the House Homeland Security Committee, said they would study ways to redesign the fence.

Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff and his predecessor, Tom Ridge, ``outlined programs that deal with the tough security measures which I think make a great deal of sense,'' Kennedy said. The department has proposed doubling the number of Border Patrol agents in the next two years.

Five Sections

Republican proponents envisioned constructing 700 miles of fence in five locations along the southern border in California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. In Texas, it would run along the northern bank of the Rio Grande River from Del Rio to Eagle Pass and from 15 miles northwest of Laredo to Brownsville.

Thompson said he won't push legislation to finance new border security until Chertoff gives Congress a ``comprehensive plan'' for stemming illegal immigration from Mexico. "

Thoughts?

Marriage only exists to "bind families" and as a "sign of affection", and how about a spouse is technically linked to the other after they have a child? So genetics are what really matter. Think about what happens because of marriage. Huge loss of money to get married, and divorced. And if you don't agree with me, how about prenuptial agreements?

I have watched several episodes of her show, and I think the legal reasoning is somewhat shaky. Sometimes, she seems to make decisions based on outside issues that have little to do with the case. I realize that she is an arbitrator, not a judge, but I understand that they are both required to interpret the law in the same way. However, since I am not an attorney, I would like to hear what qualified lawyers have to say about this. If you are knowledgeable about trials of this nature, please respond. If these cases were heard in a regular small claims or family court, would most of them be decided the same way?

I was asked today why the Viet Nam War had so many organized war protests and I replied I thought it was because of teh music. the songs moved the hearts and minds and the demostrations followed. The trouble is you have no one today! Have you ever even heard of Country Joe McDonald or John Prine? Listen to Prine song "Your Flag Decal won't Get you into Heaven" you'll see what I mean. Ar you really against the war and why?

Once again it has been brought to my attention that we are losing several wars on different fronts including the illegal immigration issues, but sometimes certain things just dont go away and some people refuse to bend and Im one of them.Allowing things to continue as business as usual just doesnt cut it with me.Unless things change dramaticly and soon the only option left in my opinion is dissent and disobedience which most certainly will lead us to a violent conclusion.

Here's some facts.. you can check them on the net if you wish..

1) The first suicide bomber in Palestine/ Israel.. was NOT a muslim!
2) The first passenger aeroplane ever hijacked.. was NOT hijacked by a muslim.

So muslims didnt invent terrorism.. more than likely.. they had it used against them.. and learnt to adopt it..

Lets get real here.. for one minute.. ask yourself a few simple questions.. Firstly.. have muslims historically been a threat to western society?? NO! secondly.. where was Israel built after the holocaust of WW2 which did not involve muslim nations?? Thirdly.. nation like Kuwait.. where did they come from? Who runs them?

If you do just a little bit of homework.. you will find for example.. that Kuwait was annexed from Iraq.. in 1951.. by decree by the British Government.. this handed the entire nation (which is one large oil field in the desert) just as Palestine was handed it Israel.. but with Kuwait..Bin Lanen and Bush ran the state oil refinery biz!

Will he ever realize his own failures, realize that he is creating more problems and more terrorism and stop putting our troops in harms way so we can start moving forward in this country? Will he ever realize that he is actually putting Israel in more danger by creating more incentives for recruiting of terrorist? For the sake of our country and peace in the middle east, I hope so. Or, I hope he is finally brought to justice.
