Will their reasons be as reliable as they turned out to be for Iraq?

There is little legal rational for attacking Iran, which has traditionally been a peacful nation and absolutely no threat to the western world NONE!
North Korea is a much larger threat.. as is Mexico!!
However.. Iran holds a prized position of being an oil rich nation capable of affecting the value of the US dollar and British pound (which all oil and petro products are sold in- by strict order of the US military) Iran recently sold oil to China in Euros not US dollars.. Saddam Hussein did the same thing JUST BEFORE USA ATTACKED!!
USA with it's $7 trillion deficit cannot afford to loose the value of it's dollar.. after all.. USA folled the world after WW2 and made the dollar so powerful whilst USA got ahead on borrowed money.. off the back of its ever powerful dollar.. it could!
However.. if the dollar suddenly weakens because oil is traded in Euros.. then interest rates will rise.. the property market in USA will collapse.. and a recession to match no other will happen in USA.. this reality is currently 1 year off.. UNLESS USA takes out Iran!

Their new rationale will be that Bush was confused by the names of the countries Iran and Iraq. In the beginning, Bush meant to say Iran has WMD's, not Iraq, but poor fellow, he got confused and misspoke to our detriment. Perhaps, he can use that argument to justify a seemingly international folly like attacking Iran.

Hmm lets see.This is a tough one.Iran supports terrorists.Iran hates us.Iran is full of radical islamonazis.Iran has stated it wants Israel wiped off the face of the earth.Iran denies the holocaust ever happened.Iran,in all likely hood has some nuclear weapons that they would willingly pass on to Al-Qaeda.Is that enough for you??? Oh yeah,one other thing,Iran's president belongs to an especially unsavory bunch of insane fanatics who want to bring on Armageddon.He actually sees himself as an instrument of God.HE WANTS TO START WW 3!!!!!!! Do you actually need any more????C'mon

Russia and Venezuela sold Iran Tanks,Fighter Planes,munitions etc. I wonder what for~

none. it won't happen. maybe attacks by israel with US approval. iran will just rebuild nuke facilities and start over. making it pointless. the consequences outweigh the benefit.
