I realize Bush's plan was the cause, but when and why did the republican party members choose to turn on Bush. Are they just posturing for constituants, or is it truly a personal matter to them?

Who spins things to the Democrats side more?

John Stewart

Today when the House passed a bill rolling back the subsidies for the oil companies, several Republicans said that the oil companies "needed the money" for exploration and drilling.

Exxon is making about $10 BILLION per QUARTER--and the others aren't far behind. Its obvious these senators don't give a rat's *** about the consumer, but how can they stand there and say somthing that stupid width a straight face?

I rented this home with the understanding that for the rent I would be paying, certain things would be done to the home, for example, the owners would put in some sort of back yard- something simple, just lawn, and a patio where the kids can play. They would put blinds on all windows to ensure security and privacy-I'm a single mom surrounded by two story homes and regular yard maintenance. None of these things have been done after a year of being here! I keep getting excuses. I've already given my notice to be out by the end of Feb., but now they are saying they will sue me. What the hell for? I haven't done anything!!! Help! I'm a little frightened - I don't want problems from them - they seem a little crazy to me and the lady is a total be-och!

Probable U. S. presidential candidate, Barack Hussein Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, to Barack Hussein Obama, Sr., a black Muslim from Nyangoma-Kogel, Kenya and Ann Dunham, a white atheist from Wichita, Kansas. Obama's parents met at the University of Hawaii.

When Obama was two years old, his parents divorced. His father returned to Kenya. His mother then married Lolo Soetoro, a radical Muslim from Indonesia. When Obama was 6 years old, the family relocated to Indonesia. Obama attended a Muslim school in Jakarta. He also spent two years in a Catholic school.

Obama takes great care to conceal the fact that he is a Muslim. He is quick to point out that, aHe was once a Muslim, but that he also attended Catholic school.a

Obama's political handlers are attempting to make it appear that Obama's introduction to Islam came via his father, and that this influence was temporary at best. In reality, the senior Obama returned to Kenya soon after the divorce, and never again had any direct influence over his son's education. Lolo Soetoro, the second husband of Obamaas mother, Ann Dunham, introduced his stepson to Islam. Osama was enrolled in a Wahabi school in Jakarta. Wahabism is the radical teaching that is followed by the Muslim terrorists who are now waging Jihad against the western world.

Since it is politically expedient to be a Christian when seeking major public office in the United States, Barack Hussein Obama has joined the United Church of Christ in an attempt to downplay his Muslim background.

Let us all remain alert concerning Obamaas expected presidential candidacy

If anyone is familiar with the show '24' I would like to know if there is a CTU in America considering what I'm majoring in, would be a step below what the character 'Chloe' plays. I am majoring in Public Safety Communication, and would like to take my job further. If there is such a position as her's or one like that job title which I don't remember what it is, would someone give me some info on that subject if anyone is familiar with that type of work. I would like to know what I need to do to go into that field of work. Thank you.

Why the Market Rises and Falls
What moves the stock market?
That complex question has many answers. Some market movers are obvious, while others creep up on us unseen. In this and subsequent articles, I’ll look at some of the economic, political, and societal issues that may cause the market to change direction or speed up or slow down its momentum.

A quick list of the obvious includes:

Inflation
Interest rates
Earnings
Oil/Energy Prices
War/terrorism
Crime/fraud
Serious domestic political unrest

The world has gone mad and needs to change. Individuals can make a difference as it is individuals that have started all movements. Martin Luther for one there are many others that have made a difference. So would you like to join a revolution to help change the world or do you assume that because I am asking this on answers that I must be doomed to failure or are you arrogant and want to belittle everyone elses ideas because it makes you feel smarter than everyone? Any idiot can find fault in any idea, the telephone was originally said to be a useless device because there were plenty of small boys to run errands. Intellingent people look for ways to make something work, idiots always look for reasons why it may fail.

Something that's been gnawing at me for a while: Fall Out Boy's name is an obvious reference from "The Simpsons" (The sidekick of comic book star Radioactive Man). Apparently the band did not know where the reference came from before choosing the name, and when they found out its origin, they feared litigation from Fox. The people behind The Simpsons are aware of the name, and have taken no action.
---
My question(s) is/are: Does a case like this constitute Fair Use? Is using a name in a completely unrelated field allowable? Might it fall under parody?

Or is Fox within its rights to give the band a Cease and Desist order? Do their completely unrelated fields work against Fox in establishing potential confusion in the marketplace?
