I would create him just as he is, and do just what God is doing, and that is showing America that he does not favor us over anyone else, and that no nation ought to be haughty.
I would use him to do terrible things around the world like punish people who teach that people who don't believe in Islam are worthy to be treated like animals, and to destroy people like Saddam Hussein who use to execute people for crimes they did not commit, and even worse; make their families attend these execution and applaud and even pay for the price of the execution out of their own pocket. And then when the world sees how terrible and pathetic and scant and wicked and evil they are, and the suffering it brings, maybe they'll finally seek to be righteous. And because of all this suffering, the world would be overjoyed to finally know God and have his love, when they would have thought him and his love, and goodness, and peace to be nothing special, just normal had he never put us on this evil world and then hidden himself for a while.
