The world has gone mad and needs to change. Individuals can make a difference as it is individuals that have started all movements. Martin Luther for one there are many others that have made a difference. So would you like to join a revolution to help change the world or do you assume that because I am asking this on answers that I must be doomed to failure or are you arrogant and want to belittle everyone elses ideas because it makes you feel smarter than everyone? Any idiot can find fault in any idea, the telephone was originally said to be a useless device because there were plenty of small boys to run errands. Intellingent people look for ways to make something work, idiots always look for reasons why it may fail.

The purpose of this question is not to induct volunteers, or to be specific about any objective or method, it is to see peoples reactions, their attitudes, postive and negative, as understanding peoples negative ideas helps to overcome them. Do I really sound cranky or is that just someone looking for an excuse? There was no anger in anything said so it seems a little projection of feelings has occured i.e. their own angry reaction has been projected as if I started the anger. Stay tuned it will begin soon, you wont miss it.

The bottom line is that do you see that the world needs to change and needs more than just one group doing this, another doing that. That is just removing symptoms not the cause, the whole lot needs to go and be reworked whether it is global warming iraq poverty racism homelessness, child abuse, spouse abuse, teenage suicide. There is a way, so the point of the question is, do you have enough faith or enthusiasm to at least say I would like to try rather than just look for reasons why it would fail? Are you afraid of leadership, do you want to be the one that saves the world so you knock anyone else that may have a chance? The response so far has been good and refreshing and a little suprising.

Hell Yes brother and good thinking.

We free thinkers, intellectuals, liberals, spirituals, internationalists, realists, humanists, empaths... have so many focuses and no CENTER, because we all tend to have leadership personalities, individuality, and a distaste for joining up with groups, excluding others.

HOW DO WE HARNESS ALL OF THIS INTENTION INTO AN EFFECTIVE AND UNITED PLATFORM?

The hippies lost (thankfully). you've already set your self up for failure. You lack the right perfect or any perfect for that matter. are you able to even % out WHY you want to start up a revolution? WHAT are you going to revolutionize? you may lead each of the faculty pupils on each of the protests you want yet all you'll income is your quarter-hour of recognition.

Oh please, I'm sick of listening to all these wannabe revolutionaries ready to lead the next generation of morons to change... something.

The 60's are over. The hippies lost (thankfully). You've already set yourself up for failure. You lack the right ideal or any ideal for that matter.

Can you even identify WHY you want to start a revolution?
WHAT are you going to revolutionize?

You can lead all the college students on all the protests you want but all you'll achieve is your 15 minutes of fame.

I'd be down for a Gandhi-style peaceful revolution. How do I know that you, (I'm assuming that since you are the leader of the revolution, then you'd be at least the first leader after the revolution) will protect my liberty, my property and provide true justice better than the current system?

How are you better than them?

You need to clarify something: What are your goals?

All you have said is that the World needs to change... in what way would you change it?

I don't know why people are joining before they know what the revolution is for, perhaps they are the same people who agree to doing things before they know what they're being asked to do.

"Would you do me favour?"
"Sure, no problem!"
"Shoot yourself in the face for me as redemption for being so weak of mind? Thanks."

This isn't negative btw, I'll help your cause if I agree with it, but first I need to know what it is.

So, um... Sorry if I didn't read it clearly, but what kind of revolution are you planning and how do you hape to carry it out. I mean, I see you talk about individuality, but what you're revolting from isn't clear to me.

If you join a group of like individuals, you are no longer individual, therefore, individuals do not make change.
