Is it because they are mean and cruel and cause wars? Or is it because they cheat and lie? Could it be the fake democracy or the owned and manipulated media.

I think it is because the stupid people just take it like dumb retared slaves. That and baseball.

So a family member of mine was pulled over... the officer said that he wasn't doing anything wrong, but that there was a report of someone hearing gunshot like sounds in the area. Doesn't he need to have some sort of correlation between the report of gunshots and the car, or can he pull anyone in the general area over at will?

They were cited for having something else in the car, and I'm wondering - if there is a legitimate dispute over the legality of the stop, could other charges be thrown out? THANK YOU!

This happened a long time ago but, my uncle and aunt were in the process of getting a divorce when he was killed. As far as I know he didnt have a physical will. But his stuff and money should have gone to family. However it was ruled that it went to my stupid witch aunt. My grandparents barely got anything except the flag on his coffin, his medals, and some other items. But things at his house, like his motorcycle that was supposed to go to my father, was sold by the aunt. Is this at all lawful?? I know it at least isnt moral!

I am writing a paper for my Business Law class, the professor said to write about something dealing with leagality. I asked my friend and he told me to write about the internet gambling issue. Since I am in New York I have to keep it related to N.Y. I found a lot of interesting points for my paper but I still cant get a solid answer, is betting online in new york legal or illegal? This question is pretty much the foundation of my paper and without it my paper would not be an A paper, thanks for all the help.

Iraq is close to allowing British and US oil companies to come in and steal the Iraqi peoples' biggest natural resource. Great…there’s a 30 year commitment for US troops to protect the oil companies. Permanente bases anyone?
Read this!!! I beg of you. My jaw dropped when I read this. What do you think? You still think Iraq's WMD was the reason? lol

Ok so ill try to make this as short as possible. I joined the army as soon as i graduated last year at 17 im now 18 and my girlfriend who is 17 is 7 months pregnant. Her parents said shes grounded till shes 18 she cant talk on the phone, use internet, she cant leave the house unless her moms there. I found out that her mom told the doctor that it was a one night stand that they didnt know who the father was. Her mom has theese insurance thing going and is telling my girlfriend she needs to sign over custody to her so the baby is covered through the insurance. With only 2 months left i need to know what do do by going through the legal way or what to either get her out of there or make it to where ill be able to stop this custody papers? Also what i should do about her mom hating me so much i would rather be in this relationship with her parents ok with it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Last week I was waiting for a friend to enter the US on vacation. He had to wait in a line with his visa and passport to get some special "permission slip" to go beyond the border city. There were 10 people in this line, and we waited for over 2 hours while at least 5 border officers drank coffee, talked on personal cell phones, played on the computer, ate snacks, and talked about their weekends. Eventually everyone in line was told they did not have the right paperwork (even with passport and valid visa) and had to go home. Upsetting, but my real issue is...I am a tax paying citizen of the US, and when I saw the border officers lounging around like it was a Sunday brunch....I was upset!! I got the feeling they didn't have US citizens in their offices very often, and were not used to dealing with people who have actual RIGHTS. I want to know who I can contact to report abuse of taxpayer dollars. I don't pay taxes so people can sit around on their butts all day.

such as demoralizing American ideals ??Confuse /and /or divide the American public ; dominating our free press for political purposes ; scream abuse and oppression loud enough and often enough so somebody believes it. And what about Hitler's motto :" Destroy by all and any means .National socialism will reshape the world ". Knocking down our troops' morale , by giving aid & comfort to the enemy while they are in harm's way and kicking your country when the chips are down -is not the American way . Neither is removing crosses that have been around since our flag . Hitler removed crosses , too .. didn't he ?

will happen in Iraq if we just leave? What are the long term affects for this Nation, Iraq, and the rest of the Middle East?

I have heard everyone, or almost everyone, say "just bring them home," but not one of these people has addressed the affects of such an action. If you are one of these people, what do you think will happen by bringing our troops home?

If Americans are rich, intelligent, healthy, possessing all new technology and weapons (atom boms), then why do they interfere with other country's? If a country like USA has got everything for its citizens then what's the need for it to go and meddle in other country's problems? This seems that they have something to gain from others.
