Last year I was the defendant in a civil Lawsuit the plaintiff won the suit and attached a Lien to my house.When the house sold I purchased a Bond from the escrow account and recieved the check from the sale. How long do I have to appeal the Judgement ? and can the Plaintiff get the money from the bond without my consent ?

Usually you would have had to file your notice of appeal within a month, depending on the state you live in. I don't know the other answers.
