a rainy day, a special occasion, a worthy enemy? Was a war with the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA not special enough? C'mon. And if they were hidden, do you think he could not have gotten them back and used them. What was stopping him?

The Bush administration has pretty much admitted that there are not and never were, but their followers still like to think that they are out there.

We attacked a nation that had neither the means nor the intention of doing anything to us in violation of international law. We've killed 600,000+ of their citizens, 3,000 of our own, and turned an otherwise relatively stable nation of people who had no problem with the US against us.

There is blood on the hands of every republican voter as far as I'm concerned.

Having some experience on a company level decontamination team, in our Army. While looking at the images the media and government provided, of UN weapons inspectors in Iraq during the lead-up to Georges War. I saw beyond the gloss on the picture to see that none of these inspectors were wearing adequate protection against WMD's in these so called "suspected sites".
But then I am not part of this tanked think we have in Washington D.C. (except that I voted for some of these), that would suggest the average American stock up on plastic and duct tape. In an environment of prolonged exposure, plastic and duct tape will not protect very well. Or suggest the use of a known chemical to wash off an unknown chemical, as they did telling us to stock up with soap, against just such an attack. The mixture of a known and unknown chemical can be worse.
Should I tell someone with O.C.D. that their snot pocket is a warehouse for staph germs? No, they might cut off their nose to spite their face. Things could get real ugly around here.

if you remember several months after we got over there we found a giant bunker 100 feet under ground completely sealed and covered with dirt, sand, and it had tons of FOOD ( mean while people over there were starving to death actually) and brand new jeeps and many military jet airplanes, all in this underground bunker....so why not ..maybe they just can't find it, another 100 feet below the ground bunker...it would be like searching from Mexico to Canada a few hundred miles wide, just about impossible to do...plus with all the publicity and months and months of WARNING that we were coming to get he WMD...do you think we would actually find them, plus why would that country have on the pay roll the smartest and meanest chemical weapons scientist?? because they were making them..maybe they gave them to a neighboring country, but they were there just before we got ther, if not buried there now..
ask the survivors who now live in the USA if he did not have them and use them on his own populous..he did

good luck

No one still believes there were WMD still in Iraq.
Even Dubya admitted that!

Saddam just thought he was a good enough "friend" of the US (Since we gave hi the raw materials for the WMD in the first place) that we would never help the UN look for them. Little did he know that we could turn on our "friends" as fast as we could do business with our enemies (China?).

Iraq barely had tanks and planes before the war. But they had a secret arsenal of WMDs?

Iraq didn't present a WMD threat. They presented an opportunity to divert attention away from a botched response to 9/11. Osama who?

There were no WMD .Bush and the UN know that before 2003 .Bush was lire while Saddam was credible. It became old story. The problem with Bush is he doesn't know what to do.He should accept the rout in Iraq.

No. We know now that Iraq had no WMDs, other than a few very old artillary shells containing some. We also know their nuclear program was no where near as advanced as we thought.

We went to war based on the info we had and that of those who shared theirs with us. Many nations intelligence services were all telling us the same thing, that Iraq had WMDs, and was developing nukes.

JAMI, a Sunni insurgent group who is known to attack US bases in Iraq have produced a video showing chemical weapons they will be using for a future attack on a military base.

Did they just poop them out?

They're there. We just didn't do a very good job of finding them.

There are lots of weapons of mass destruction, just none in Iraq.

Just mention the words "BUSH LIED" and all the right wing nut-cakes start chattering as monkeys united behind their leader.
