Once again the neocons that demand proof do not have email capability and no way for me to communicate it to them.

You need evidence of Iraq's involvement in world terrorism ---Manufacture it.
The average American is so involved in the day to day of their own lives..... engaging in the complete effort required to hold government officials to task is more than most could or would do.
So for the most part corruption prevails.
