i submitted an informal discovery to the prosecution and a copy was also sent to the witness via certified mail but the request was sent a month ago and i havnt recieved any information and i am getting ready to turn in my trial by decloration for the ticket. My question is what California penal code are they in direct violationof since they did not produce what i asked for in my discovery request? thanks

Do you adopt the ways of the place you are in or are you still beholding to your native land? I as an American Native know no other land and want no other land and I carry my heritage with me. No matter what state I am in I don't change my heritage. But I see that people transplant themselves into different places but still carry their heritage with them and don't let go isn't that true?
I suppose if I transplanted myself I would do the same. But I wouldn't try to change, to disguise myself to be one of them. After all I might bring a dash of color into it that might be appreciated, this time around? But I think we would all rather have our own heritage right? So what is an American? A blend? An imposition to others? no offense meant but this is being said all over this site. Or is it just a bunch of aggressors?

In case you dont realize this, its against International law for the same reason we went into Iraq ( what a joke). Anyway my point here is that we invaded a country(Iraq) thinking they had weapons of mass destruction and her comes Israel using it on Hezbollah and we say nothing about it???? strange isnt it.

My husband has been in Iraq for over a year.. And I miss him with every moment that passes... He will be home in a matter of weeks and I'm planning a wonderful home coming... Do you have a love one who is deployed or in the military.. How does it feel to be without them? And when are they coming home? How long have they been deployed and what branch of service are they in?
My husband is Army and he is deployed to Iraq.. It has been very hard having to do this without him, but one thing I've learned being a military wife is how to maintain....Please share your story or leave a comment.... Thanks

Politicians & Pro-reservationists in India are crying,saying that the minority classes have been

deprived of basic amenities,education,social-status by the brahmins,khsatriyas & other higher

classes for centuries.
But are they themselves(Minority Supporters)not creating the same oppression/crime today?
In this modern age under democracy,according to constitutional "EQUALITY OF RIGHTS" Why Should

there be bias regarding right to education/job between General Caste & Reserved Class?They are

getting admitted to colleges at 45% marks whereas for us the Criteria is 50%.They are getting age

relaxation of 5 Yrs,we are not.
They are getting many other benefits in the name of a "CRIME" committed by our fore-fathers.
This is like if someone's father has committed a theft,his kins & relatives will get punished for

that...
The fact is that the real minority like the tribals,poverty-ridden minority families & the

under-priviledged are not getting all these benefits.The Creamy Layer amongst them is taking all

the benefits...
Is this fair enough??Is this "EQULITY OF RIGHTS" as depicted in Indian Constitution???
Will this not create a social-imbalance?There was so much to say & ASK?
Should such blind politicians in be supported?
